    My business plan is that to open up a place where
    you can bring any food item or drink item from
    outside or order it or can ask the staff rom
    outside and enjoy the time you are having.
    OBJECTIVE
    • It will comes in 2 floors
    • ground one will be reserved for coffee or library
    • 1st floor will be for food
    • 2nd floor and roof will be of drinks and food
    With the service that whether you can bring the
    items yourself or delivery it or ask the staff to

    know what to do or just interested in a life story
    he can watch it
    IMPLEMENT
    • For implementing it I have to take a land on rent
    or buy if money is there on a good location with
    spacious parking and good internet connectivity
    • Then I have to design it user friendly and have
    security for the persons who misbehaves

    3. PLANNING
    • Marketing is one of the most important factor for
    a place to run in modern times.
    • I will advertise it on the youtube with the help of
    youtubers or with Instagram stars because most
    of the youth gets influenced by them.
    • I will advertise it as a safe place to do anything to
    you want to do

    • It is the hard part
    • There are some ways for finance some of them
    are :-

    Take out from your savings


    Apply for loan in bank with mortgage
    Win a lottery
    If you have your land starts building there
    with savings or loan from bank
    Partnership from a rich guy
    Government support of start-ups

    • For Techinal part
    • I will create a website for the following things
    • For ordering the space or the floor
    • For check the floors or building
    • With collab with registered websites or apps like
    google map, magicpin, dineout etc.
    Manpower
    • Manpower will be required for many things in
    this project
    • We will recruit staff or people looking for a
    decent living or decent job or part time or looking
    for pocket money.
    • Will contact recruitment agencies.
    • Post online
    Conclusion/Future Prospects
    • If the project got successful we will keep on
    adding different different things to different
    outlets
    • Different outlets will have different things so
    that customer will not get bored of it.
