    1. Revocation

    previously made by me in relation to my assets and declare this to be my last will (hereinafter referred
    to as “this Will”).

    2. Appointment of executors, guardians and trustees

    (hereinafter referred to as “my Trustee and Executor”) and if he shall predecease me or
    should die at the same time as me or at any time thereafter or for any reason be unable or
    unwilling to act as trustee and executor, I appoint my mother,

    trustee and executrix in substitution of the person who is unable or unwilling to act as trustee
    and executor.

    (ii) “My Trustee and Executor” shall mean the trustee and executor of this Will and if there shall

    empowered by statute or court of law conferred upon the trustee and executor hereof and
    willing or bound to exercise or perform the same.

    3. Definition of my estate

    In this Will where the context so admits “my Estate” shall mean all my movable and immovable
    properties of any kind or nature whatsoever and wheresoever situated (including any properties over
    which I may have general power of appointments and disposition by Will).

    4. Administration of my Estate

    My Trustee and Executor shall hold my Estate upon trust

    (i) to pay my debts funeral testamentary and administration expenses out of my Estate;

    (ii) to give effect to legacies.

    expenses and the above legacies to my Trustee and Executrix to be held on trust and
    distributed to all my beneficiaries named above in equal shares.

    (ii) If any beneficiary shall die in my lifetime or before attaining a vested interest then the share
    of my gift which such beneficiary would otherwise have taken shall be given to all my
    surviving beneficiaries in equal shares.
