    We would like to request the 2 nd Farm Rental for the period January 15 2023 to January
    14, 2024 in the amount of TWO MILLION SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND PESOS (Php
    2,079,000.00).

    We hope to receive the above amount on or before January 15, 2023, as agreed in the
    Contract of Lease. We hope to hear from you soon.
