Thomas PPA:
1. Based on DISC theory, every individual exhibits all the four traits and the personality / behaviour is a combination of all these traits. PPA helps to understand the DISC interlinkages. 2. PPA takes just 7-8 minutes to complete and can be set up online or administered 'in-person'. 3. PPA is available in 56 different languages, the world over; including various Indian languages. 4. PPA has received a Certificate of Registration from the British Psychological Society (BPS) to confirm that it meets all the psychometric requirements for use as a psychological tool.

1. 2. It is a simple, yet scientific process that helps you think of a job in a natural and intuitive way. Provides an objective view of the characteristics critical for success in a given role and gives you a template that can be compared with a candidate's PPA profile.
Certification Workshop:
The two day, PPA-HJA certification programme aims to develop in - house certified consultants; proficient to implement the tools in applications ranging from scientific, informed recruitments, training needs identification, self awareness and development, team building, coaching, appraisals, promotions and career planning.
It covers:

Interpretations: Does he prefer to work independently Presence of stress / frustration, if any, traced or with and through people? back to the likely reasons. Is he open & flexible to sudden Is he assertive / self starter? changes and his likely response? His orientation towards policies, rules & regulations. 3. How to define Job Benchmark? 4. Compatibility analysis (PPA - JOB) and decision making in recruitments and training need identification. 5. Conduct structured, probing interviews based on inputs provided by PPA & JOB. 6. Impart feedback and coach incumbents to deliver their best.
