    WARRANTY
    6 Boat has a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on construction after receiving product. Engine has
    a 6 months limited manufacturer’s warranty. Does not include normal wear and tear or operator
    caused damages.

    Other Notes:
    Free storage of 15 days after the items are shipped to BangkaPro warehouse. Extra days may impose

    storage charges amounting to Two Hundred Pesos (Php 200.00) per cbm per day.
    Force majeure. BangkaPro shall not be responsible for cancellation or delay in delivery or performance
    resulting from causes beyond it reasonable control, this includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters

    such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, hail, and disease; government actions such as expropriation
    and expropriation; and social anomalies such as strikes and riots.
