    SCOPE OF INSTALLATION & COMMISSION
    Scope of work for Installation & Commissioning Shale Shaker Unit / Mud
    Cleaner Unit /Unitized Mud Cleaner Unit / Degasser Unit

    1. Spares and consumables for start-up and commissioning of Shale Shaker Unit /
    Mud Cleaner Unit /Unitized Mud Cleaner Unit / Degasser Unit at ONGC’s drill
    site shall be on suppliers/contractor’s account. Electrical connection & supply
    for installation and commissioning & testing purpose will be provided by ONGC.

    2. Complete installation procedure including transportation of required tools, men,


    consumable spares and other items required for testing and commissioning at
    ONGC’s site will be suppliers/contractor’s accounts & responsibility. Mobile
    crane for handling of spares / tools etc. during installation and commissioning
    at site will be provided by ONGC.

    3. The indented Shale Shaker Unit / Mud Cleaner Unit / Unitized Mud Cleaner Unit
    / Degasser Unit is to be installed and commissioned at drilling rig, ONGC Cambay
    Asset, Gujarat / Ahmedabad Asset, Gujarat / Rajahmundry Asset, Andhra
    Pradesh / Assam Asset Nazira / Sivasagar, Assam / Mehsana Asset, Gujarat.

    4. The Shale Shaker Unit / Mud Cleaner Unit / Unitized Mud Cleaner Unit /
    Degasser Unit set shall be suitable for outdoor application without additional
    canopy/ ceiling/ housing. The Shale Shaker Unit / Mud Cleaner Unit / Unitized
    Mud Cleaner Unit / Degasser Unit shall be suitable with heavy-duty skid for
    direct placing on above the mud tanks. Fabrication of required frame
    structure (including materials) for placing/mounting of the Shale Shaker Unit /
    Mud Cleaner Unit / Unitized Mud Cleaner Unit / Degasser Unit above the mud
    tanks shall be on suppliers/contractor’s account.

    5. While working at ONGC’s drill site, all precautions as per ONGC safety guidelines,
    work permit system, HSE policy shall be followed. Contractor’s engineers /
    workers employed for installation and commissioning shall use all recommended
    PPEs while working at site. Safety of contractors personal shall be contractor’s
    responsibility and no claim of any kind shall be entertained towards accident/
    medical claim etc. of contractors personal while working at site.

    6. Damage to ONGC’s property due to contractors working / tools / personal /


    equipment while working at site shall be suppliers/contractor’s responsibility.

    7. Mobilization period for Installation and Commissioning: Mobilization of men,


    material etc., for installation & commissioning of Shale Shaker Unit / Mud
    Cleaner Unit /Unitized Mud Cleaner Unit / Degasser Unit shall be within (30
    days) from the date of intimation by ONGC.

    8. Installation and commissioning period: The installation and commissioning of


    each unit of Shale Shaker Unit / Mud Cleaner Unit /Unitized Mud Cleaner Unit
    /Degasser Unit shall be completed within (07 days) from the date of
    mobilization. Installation, testing and commissioning activities shall be carried
    out under strict supervision of ONGC representative / Installation Manager.
