● SHD-260LS Combustible & Toxic GasDetector는 산업현장 생산,

제조과정에서 누설된 GAS를 검지하여 사용자가 위험한 환경을

인지할 수 있도록 연속적으로 측정값 Display표시, 4-20 mA

출력신호 제공.

● 본 제품은 내압방폭 구조로, 인화성 폭팔위험 지역설치.

● Detector and Receiving Signal 전송거리는 최대 2,500m 까지 가능

(Cable CVVS or CVVSB 1.5sq 이상 사용시.)

6. Precautions before installation

6.1. 설치 장소의 선정(산업안전보건 법규자료)

가스 누출 감지 경보기를 설치하여야 할 장소는 다음과 같다
 건축물 내.외에 설치되어 있는 가연성 및 독성 물질을 취급하는 압축기,밸브,반응기,
배관 연결부위 등 가스의 누출이 우려되는 화학설비 및 부속설비 주변.
 가열로 등 발화원이 있는 제조설비 주위의 가스가 체류하기 쉬운 장소 가연성 및 독
성물질의 충진용 설비의 접속부위 주위.
 방폭지역 내에 위치한 변전실, 배전반실, 제어실 등.
 기타 특별히 가스가 체류하기 쉬운 장소.
6.2. 설치 위치의 선정(고압가스안전관리 법규자료)
가스 누출 감지경보기의 Gas detector 는 가능한 한 가스의 누출이 우려되는 누출
부위 가까이 설치하여야 한다. 다만, 직접적인 가스 누출은 예상되지 않으나 주변에
서누출된 가스가 체류하기 쉬운곳은 다음 각 호의 1과 같은지점에 설치하여야 한다.

 건축물 밖에 설치되는 가스 누출 감지 경보기는 풍향, 풍속, 가스의비중 등을 고려하

여가스가 체류하기 쉬운 지점에 설치한다.
 건축물 내에 설치되는 가스 누출 감지 경보기는 감지대상 가스의 비중이 공기보다
무거운 경우에는 건축물 내의 하부에, 공기보다 가벼운 경우에는 건축물의환기구
부근또는 당해 건축물 내의 상부에 설치하여야 한다.
 가스 누출 감지경보기의경보기는 Gas detector 가 설치된 곳 및 근로자가 상주하는
곳에 설치하여야 한다.
6.3. 설치 시 주의사항
빗물 등 전기적으로 장애가 될 수 있는 위치는 피하여 설치하여야 하며, 주기적인
유지보수가 필요하므로 작업이 쉬운 장소에 설치하기를 권한다. 진동이나 충격이
있는 장소는 출력 값에 영향을 줄 수 있으므로 진동이나 충격이 있는 장소는 피하여
설치 하시고, Sensor부가 중력의 방향을 향하도록 설치하시기 바랍니다.

Precautions before installation

 본 기기는 내압방폭 구조로서 일반 사업장 및 화학 플랜트의 가스, 증기를 대상으로

하는 GROUP II 에 속하는 것으로 하며, ZONE 1(ONE)-1 종 위험장소 및 ZONE2
(TWO)-2 종 위험 장소에 사용할 수 있다.
 허용온도는 T6 에 해당하는 85℃이하에 속한다.
 주위온도는 -20℃ ~ 60℃의 범위에서 사용한다.
 설치 높이: 해발 1,000M 이하
 상대 습도: 5% ~ 99%`
 설치 장소: 옥외 및 옥내
 대상 가스 또는 증기의 폭발 발화도 : Ex d IIC T6
배선 연결 작업 시 케이블 인입구에 방폭형 케이블 그랜드를 사용하거나, 금속 전선관
배선공사를 할 경우 50mm 이내에 전선 관로를 통하여 가스등이 이동하거나 또는 폭
발시 화염이 전파되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 전선 관로를 밀봉 즉 실링 하여야 한다.
 본 기기와 전선관 접속 시 나사산이 5 산 이상 결합되도록 하여야 한다.
기타 [사업장 방폭 구조전기기계기구 배선 등의 선정, 설치 및 보수 등에 관한
기준]을 만족하는 조건에서 작업하시오.
 CABLE GLAND 및 SEALING FITTING 등 케이블 인입에 사용되는 모든 자재와
사용하지 않는 인입부의 마감에 사용하는 자재는 반드시 검정에 합격한 제품
을 사용할 것!

편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 주의사항 표시.

수리·보수 후 검·교정 실시.
※ 교정주기는 설치장소 요구 사항을 감안하여 주기를 설정하며,
최대 12개월 주기로 권장.
