Instructions: In three (3) groups of four (4) and three (3) groups of three (3) you are required to
complete the tasks given below. Each group should complete both an oral and written
presentation of the tasks given.

Scenario

Your company, Electrical and Electronics Services and Supplies Limited will be hosting its
Annual Christmas Dinner on December 29, 2022 and is interested in inviting both its internal and
external customers. You also need to form a cross functional team to ensure that the event is a
success.

Task 1

Create the body of an email to tell the team members of four (4) different departments about the
the services that are needed towards the Annual Christmas Dinner.

Task 2

Create an email of invitation to be sent to the customers who you would like to attend the Annual
Christmas Dinner.
