3D Printer User Guide

(3D Drucker Benutzer Handbuch)
Foreword

Congratulations and thank you for choosing our SUNLU Product.

For a good user experience, please read the following instructions carefully before operating the printer.

* This manual is for SUNLU T3 series 3D printers.

* The software and hardware of our products are subject to continuous improvement, and there may be
upgrades or minor changes that differ from the manual.
If you encounter any problems or questions, please contact us at the phone number or email address
provided at the end of the manual and we will be happy to assist you.

You can learn more about using the printer in the following ways:
1. Install and use the printer through the enclosed manual.
2. Watch the instructional video and install the Ultimaker Cura slicer software installation package. They
are on the included SD card.
3. Visit the official website www.sunlu.com, where you can find relevant software and hardware information,
contact information and additional information.
Precautions

Do not touch the print nozzle or print bed when operating. These will be hot.
Please use only the original power cord to avoid malfunction or even damage to your printer.
Please confirm the local voltage requirements and adjust accordingly according to the video tutorial.
Clean the bed platform surface before each use to remove any residue that could affect print quality.
We strongly recommend keeping the auto-leveling function turned on every time you print to ensure
accurate platform data.
When changing materials, the existing filament must be removed before the new filament is installed.
The remaining residue can easily clog/clog the print nozzles and even damage the printer;
One of the most important parts of 3D printing is getting a high-quality first layer of filament. The first
layer should have a good bond with the bed surface as a base for additional layers. If it is not firmly
attached to the platform, printing may come loose and fail. We recommend observing the critical first
layer while printing.
We recommend using genuine SUNLU brand supplies for best printing results.
This product is suitable for use on a stable desktop, please do not use it unattended.
In an emergency, turn off the power.
Be careful with your hands during use.
Children under the age of 10 should not use the printer without adult supervision to avoid personal
injury.

11. FAQ

A. The first layer of the model is not sticky to the platform:

1) Check if the slice parameters are correct.

2) Check if the printed area is coated with special solid glue.
3) Check if the distance between the nozzle and the glass is too large and re-level.
4) Check if the temperature of heating bed is appropriate for the current filament.

B. Nozzle extrusion abnormality:

1) Check if the filament is knotted or the diameter is too small or too large.
2) Check if the printing temperature is suitable for the current filament.
3) Check if the distance between the nozzle and the glass is too small, block the nozzle, and it is difficult to extrude.
4) Check for impurities on the extruder gear that have not been cleaned.

C. Auto home with abnormal sound:

1) Check if the limit switch can be triggered normally, try to adjust the position of the limit switch.
2) Check if the limit switch signal line is loose.
3) Check if the motor wiring is loose.

D. Model misplacement:

1) Print speed is too fast, try to reduce the print speed.

2) For the model to be warped, refer to item A.
