    Payment Conditions : 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight after plant visit.

    Payment Procedures : Buyer conducts and pays for SGS after SPA is signed. When SGS report has been
    verified and passed. 100% LC will be raised within 5 working days.
    Transaction Procedures:

    Inspection : SGS for Quality and Quantity


    Procedure: 1) Buyer issues PO/ICPO and BCL

    2) Sign SPA

    3) Buyer to arrange SGS Inspection

    4) After SGS report passed, 100% LC will be raised within 5 working days

    5) Another SGS inspection by batches at the port

    6) After SGS at port has passed, release 100% LC

    Special Shipping Instructions:

    1. Factory Acceptance Test (plant visit / SGS inspection) is required before release of full payment of Irrevocable
    Letter of Credit.
