ASSIGNMENT
 “What are my chances of reaching 100?”
I can say that I have a 75% chance of reaching 100. This is because the environment
in which I currently reside places a greater emphasis on technology and social media use
than on physical activity.

 “Is there a formula for healthy ageing?”

The key to healthy aging, in my opinion, is striking a balance between work, rest, and
physical activity. Taking care of oneself and practicing discipline are two things that
contribute to healthy aging.
 “Can Demographers predict the future?”
Yes, particularly if it is concerned with determining the rate of population growth.
Demographers use tools like mortality, fertility, and migration to help them predict the
future. These individuals are able to identify and forecast the potential situation or status
of the global population as well as the factors influencing its growth.
