    SOP for Mazak Integrex i-100 ST

    1) Select Mazak Integrex i-100 ST-Reikin post when using Collet Fixture, if Kitagawa chuck is used
    for Main Spindle select Mazak Integrex i-100 ST- Kitagawa
    2) For Machine Setup :
    a) Set Main Spindle Fixture as None

    b) Set values for MS Pos1 Z as distance between Chuck face and Target face
    c) Set Jaw Width as distance between Jaw face and Back Spindle face.

    d) Set BS Pos1 Mac position as MAC 2 Postion 1

    e) Set BS PoS1 Z position as Back spindle clamp using pick Z option


    f) Use flip button in both BS and BS Pos 1
    g) Check Machine preview of BS clamping position by using Stock in and Machine preview

    h) Set Stock in back to Main spindle


    3) Check Spin Limit for Main Spindle and Back Spindle
    4) Always set approach point and retract point as From left safety corner for Back Spindle
    operations similarly for main spindle operations it should be from Right safety corner
