Working as a seller support associate (M@, upskilled to FBA) in Amazon development center.
A Seller Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners and is re-
sponsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
- Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation
of Sellers’ issues.
- Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using
departmental resources, policies and procedures.
- Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and
attendance.
- Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to
appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as re -
quired to resolve Seller’s issues and questions.
Also got trained in Customer Support Andon Cord team (CSAC) – 23rd Mar 2020.
The Customer Support Andon Cord team (CSAC) was setup with an objective to safeguard future customers
from buying any listing that has a defect flagged by the Customer Support team. A concession (includes all re-
funds, returns, free replacements and other post-order customer compensation or remediation) is triggered
when our customers return the product or have a bad experience with a purchase.
The Customer Support team reviews these concessions incurred on products and flags it to the CSAC team for
future preventive actions on the listings.
The FBA team works on Andon Cord tickets raised on FBA listings wherein the team investigates the seller in -
ventory stored in Fulfilment Centers across demographics. Corrective actions are performed on the inventory
and sellers are coached to take preventive measures for future shipments so as to reduce or prevent the re-
ported issues. The team also updates the Amazon detail page which helps the customers arrive at a better buy -
ing decision.
