    RASHTRIYA UCHCHATAR SHIKSHA ABHIYAN (RUSA)
    Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme for the improvement
    of access and quality in Higher Education. Some of the primary components of RUSA scheme include:
    Creation of Universities, New model colleges, Infrastructure grants to Universities, Research,
    Innovation and Quality Improvement and Equity Initiatives. The State of Tamil Nadu is committed
    to reforms in Higher Education in the State through this scheme and was approved of Rs.865 crores
    with 60% as Central share and 40% as State share.

    ORGANIZING INSTITUTION
    State Project Directorate (SPD) RUSA, Tamil Nadu functions with an objective to develop the
    Infrastructure and Research ambit of State Higher Educational Institutions and thereby contribute
    towards the Tamil Nadu Government's vision in transforming Higher Educational Institutions into
    Centers of Innovation, Excellence and Development. SPD RUSA, TN facilitates the institutions to
    become self-reliant and aims at producing high quality ethical professionals, aspiring to make Tamil
    Nadu a global hub for University Education.

    PROCEEDINGS & PUBLICATION

    The conference proceedings will be published with ISBN Number and the hard copies will be
    distributed to the registered participants. The proceedings will contain invited talks and contributed
    paper presentations. Select papers shall be published in UGC – CARE listed journals. In addition, there
    will be advertisements from reputed Edu-Tech Companies. Prospective advertisers are requested to
    contact the Organizing Secretary through email.

    BEST PAPER AWARD


    Papers submitted under each category shall qualify to compete for the Best Paper Award in each
    category based on the discretion of the panel members.
    SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
    Only soft copies of original research articles not exceeding 8 pages typed in IEEE
    double column format shall be submitted on or before 15.01.2023 along with a
    plagiarism report (permissible within 15%) and a letter of originality to the e-mail
