Job Description

MARKETING

Role Description:
Marketing Associates work closely with the Leadership across Corporate and Business verticals, and
competencies in driving marketing programs and acting as brand custodians for the respective units they are
mapped to. The Marketing team is responsible for various facets of Marketing including brand messaging and
narrative, go-to-market, value proposition design, thought leadership and content marketing, website presence,
digital campaigns and social media.
Under this profile, roles may be offered in domains like Market research, Network services, Alliances, Customer
relations, among others.

Key Responsibilities:
The role holder will be responsible to directly contribute and be measured in the following areas:

• Marketing Strategy: Work closely with business and marketing leadership to formulate annual
marketing plans
• Brand-building: Build and articulate a consistent brand narrative aligned to business outcomes
• Digital Marketing : Leverage digital platforms to build brand presence, create brand awareness and
lead campaigns
• Content and Thought Leadership: Create and enable high impact content programs
• Field Marketing: Work closely with sales leadership to provide sales enablement and go-to-market
support
• Execution and Governance: Work with external stakeholders and connect with a broader ecosystem
to enable creative marketing outcomes mapped to unit marketing plans
Qualification & Experience required:
• MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing
• Experience in Marketing / IT Industry would be an added advantage

Desired Skills:
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written with a creative/ innovative mindset
• Ability to articulate well and connect with internal and external stakeholders and business leadership
• Strategic thinking, an eye for detailing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outcome-driven with strong ability to analyze and drive program effectiveness with data
• Strong team player with ability to develop effective and cross-functional working relationships
