certain group of people by another group.

property are treated fairly and according to the rules of a particular religion. The Indian
Constitution distinguishes them from other civil laws.
8. A modern democratic polity offers the freedom to practice a religion of your choice. An
individual cannot be forced to practice the religion he or she is born into if he or she wishes
to follow another religion. Sometimes people adopt or follow the ideals of many religions. In
secular India, citizens enjoy the freedom to follow any religion of their choice.
9. Secularism is one of the most significant ideals of the Preamble. According to the
constitution of India, the state will not be affected by religion. India does not have an
official state religion. The Government of a secular country treats the people from all the
religions equally. It does not discriminate on the basis of religion.it does not endorse any
religion. The festivals and important days of all religious communities are given recognition.

philosophy.
