    Alternative Activity (Pre-Final Event)

    Tricia’s 18th Birthday

    A. Marketing – The birthday party is promoted by giving invitations around and has sponsors for
    their souvenirs
    B. Program Content and Execution – The event has enough breaks to entertain like a video message
    for debutant.
    C. Venue – The place of the event was really enough to fill the targeted guests and it also has big
    space and a accurate design for the debutant. Its accessible since the events place has a big place
    and can do small activities.
    D. Food and Beverages – The menu in the event was accurate to every guests taste and to debutant
    also. I think the guests really enjoyed the food in the event.

    Event Review

    Event Concept

    - a gratifying event for friends and families.


    Why? - this event is to create a fulfilling experience for debutant since this is just once in a
    lifetime experience.

    - Local targeted audience [e,g: family, friends and schoolmates]


    Who?
    - 3:00pm – 7:00pm [start and end of the birthday event]
    When? - 3:00pm – 6:00pm [celebration of the event]
    - February 18, 2022 [Friday]
    - summer season
    - location is at Manggahan Pasig City
    Where? - events place has a quite space and has a good surroundings for the eyes of the guests

    - to celebrate a memorable 18th birthday for the debutant.


    What? - to have a quality time with friends and families together in one event.
    II. Evaluation

    Positive

    - Quality time with friends


    - Having memorable days with debutant
    - Make friends with other people by interacting

    Negative

    - Might get stuck in traffic in the road


    - Some emergency may happen during the event
    - Might have shortage in some things in the event.

    III.

    For recommendation, I suggest having more souvenirs and a good speaker for the event, to also not to
    have a shortage and make the event more successful and make the guests more entertained during the
    event. Very enjoyable event that I attended even though the speaker lacks a little by entertaining some
    guests, I made friends with other people too during the event. I also enjoyed variety of foods.
