The credit can only be used on the Virgin Australia or Pacific Blue network. All future bookings utilising your credit, can only be made via the GCC and at applicable GCC fare levels which are higher than internet fares. You may not cancel a payment of any fee for the checked baggage allowance unless you cancel your fare at the same time. REFUND: Refunds are not available for saver fares. NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION: If you cannot fly or cancel your flight and do not notify us at least 24 hours prior to the flight's scheduled departure time, you will forfeit any fare paid, any fees paid for checked baggage and/or your Velocity Points (as applicable). CURRENCY: For international travel, the currency in which you made your original booking will apply any changes or cancellations you make. BOOK AND HOLD: "Book and Hold" is not available for saver fares and payment is required at the time of booking OTHER IMPORTANT FARE RULES: This fare is non-refundable, non-transferable and name changes are not permitted. IDENTIFICATION AT CHECK-IN
At any stage during check-in, boarding or the flight, all Guests including children may be required to produce ID, along with this itinerary. Virgin Australia reserves the right to refuse to carry any Guest who fails to provide ID. Examples of ID include: Drivers License, Passport, Birth Certificate, School Identification and Medicare Card.
BAGGAGE INFORMATION
When travelling on a domestic or international flight with Virgin Australia, Pacific Blue or Polynesian Blue on a saver Fare you can choose to travel with carry-on baggage only, or take checked baggage for just a little more. You can pre-purchase your 23kg baggage allowance at the time of booking or online through manage bookings before you fly. If the checked baggage allowance is not pre-paid, a higher charge will apply at the airport. Guests who are Velocity Silver members or are travelling on flexi Fares are entitled to a free checked baggage allowance of up to 23 kgs. Guests who are Velocity Gold members are entitled to a free checked baggage allowance of up to 32 kgs. Guests who are travelling on premium economy or business Fares are entitled to a free checked baggage allowance of up to 69 kgs. Guests are not required to purchase checked baggage allowance for flights operated by Skywest Airlines. DRESS STANDARDS
Virgin Australia requires all Guests to conform to minimum dress standards on all flights. All Guests must wear footwear (thongs are acceptable), shorts/pants/skirts or similar, and shirts (singlets are acceptable). Clothing displaying offensive language or symbols must not be worn.
