GENERAL GUIDELINES for the CONDUCT of RESEARCH

1. Group meetings, interviews, consultations, and oral defense shall be conducted remotely via online
platforms such as BigBlueButton, Zoom, Google Meet or Messenger.
2. Researchers shall rely only on remote data collection using online data gathering tools such as
Google Forms, Google Docs, Survey Monkey, etc.
3. Researchers should guarantee the informed consent of respondents and take measure to minimize
the risk associated with issues of confidentiality and data privacy.

B. LIST OF OFFICERS AND STAFF

This is the company's official list of employees and staff. They are the manager/finance

officer, the production officer, the finance officer, the research and development team, and the

service crew. The company has only four employees, their chosen jobs are based on their

strengths in business management. They are all expected to be functional in the course of the

company's operations.

C. JOB DESCRIPTION

The individuals in different positions bear the qualities and abilities required for the full

and smooth functioning of the small business.

Manager

The person in charge oversees the whole process and guides the staff of the business. These

are the responsibilities:

- Ensures a safe and secure work environment.

- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing

and resolving quality and customer service problems, and

- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity

standards.

- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating

department activities.

- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual

budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is responsible for the following:

- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies

- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of

media (social, print etc.

- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

Finance Officer

The Finance Officer is affiliated with the following obligations:

- Develops and maintains financial systems

- Monitors budget performance, expenditure control

- Ensures that accurate records are kept by standard practices

- Monitors budget performance, expenditure control

- Prepares reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review

Production Officer

The Production Officer is responsible for doing the following:

- Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.

- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.

- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.

- Following production guidelines and specifications.

- Performing other tasks as assigned.

Research and Development

A Research and Development officer is affiliated with the following obligations:

- Develop and execute innovation and research roadmaps.

- Drive improvements in conceptualisation of ideas to attract new markets.

- Evaluate outcomes of new products and processes to deliver improved business results.

- Formulate innovation initiatives aligned to the organisation's vision, mission and values.

- Oversee modelling and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products.

Service Crew

The Service Crew is the one who will face the customers and must ought to acquire the

following characteristics and obligations:

- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

- Implement operations for service excellence.

- Interact with and serve food and beverage guests.

- Maintain food and beverage production and service environment.

- Maintain quality control procedures.

- Process payments.

- Project a positive and professional image.

- Provide counter/take-away service.

D. COMPENSATION ALLOWANCE

This table shows the salaries and wages for the following position: the manager, finance officer,

production officer and marketing officer.

E. PROFIT SHARING

The proponents of the business are dividing the business’s profit in annual manner or

annually. Fifty five percent (55%) of the profit will be the proponents source of income. Fifteen percent

(15%) of it will be for the expansion of our business, because we aim to make our business better, and we

are likely to improve our product. Another fifteen percent (15%) will be used for the equipments,

materials, and ingredients that we are going to use in our product. Ten percent (10%) of it will be used for

development and improvement of our product, so that we can improve more, be innovative of our product,

and we can get ideas and other opportunities to satisfy our customers. And lastly, maintenance for

materials and equipment is five percent (5%) to ensure that the equipment is in perfect operating order and

to avoid problems when producing the products.
