    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK CHAIRPERSON, ROBIN S. CABALLERO AND THE SK TREASURER,


    RISHEL MOJADO OF BRGY. BENOLHO, ALBUERA, LEYTE TO BE THE NEW SET OF SIGNATORIES OF THE
    ACCOUNT OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY. BENOLHO, ALBUERA, LEYTE TO OPEN AND
    MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT AT DEVELOPMENTAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (DBP), ORMOC CITY
    BRANCH. ANY TRANSACTIONS TO BE PERFORMED WITH THE BANK EITHER MONETARY OR NON-
    MONETARY SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURES OF THE TWO SIGNATORIES

    WHEREAS, Ms. RISHEL MOJADO has been appointed as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Treasurer of
    Brgy. Benolho, Albuera, Leyte pursuant to Section 7 of R.A. 10742;

    WHEREAS, the SK Council certifies that this Resolution remains effective, subsisting and not has been
    amended, revoked or suspended;
    NOW THEREFORE

    On motion of SK Member RJ BONG YAHOT; duly seconded by All the SK Members present;

    RESOLVED, to authorize the Sanggunang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson Robin S. Caballero and the
    appointed Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Treasurer RISHEL MOJADO of Brgy. Benolho, Albuera, Leyte to
    open & maintain an account at Developmental Bank of the Philippines (DBP), Ormoc City Branch. Any
    transactions to be performed with the bank, either monetary or non-monetary, shall have the signatures
    of the two signatories;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the Developmental Bank of the
    Philippines (DBP), Ormoc City Branch.

    Unanimously approved, this 1st day of February 2022at Brgy. Benolho, Albuera, Leyte.
