I have sent this letters by a steadfast traveler who has

promised to deliver them to you. He has already been paid.

Know that he has shown nothing but loyalty in his time with
me. I congratulate you on meeting your father. I hope that you
will find it in your heart to build a strong relationship with him
and his children, for the good of us all. As to the matter that
you last wrote about. The house is in good repair and you
needn’t worry about your cousins. They have taken to hunting
in the mountains. You should see them with our hunting dogs
Cockatrice, Hellhound and Ghost they would make for lovely
heroes in a tale. They usually ride the prince, now that you are
gone. That damnable horse of yours has finely calmed of late
and allowed them to ride it. Be safe and may God light your
path.
With care, your uncle.
Hello, my dear girl. I hope this letter finds you in good spirits
and health. It’s truly wonderful that you were able to meet you
father. You must take special care with him. He is sure to be a
busy and stressed, you don’t wish for him to find you
bothersome. I hope you will be able to see the man I saw in
him. For now, I advise you make yourself useful to him and
his family. They should certainly be able to find you a job to
do. If you could find the time to help your cousin R. he is in
need of a wife and it’s hard to find a good local match for a
second son. Perhaps you could ask your father or his wife for a
recommendation. On that note take care not to rush into a
marriage yourself. I trust that your father will be able to help
you there in time. Thank you for thinking of us back here at
home. We are all well, your eldest cousin has recently married
to a good match from a bit further north. He seems overjoyed
by the marriage though you wouldn’t know it with how often
he goes hunting with his brothers. Always with a wine skin of
sweeten lemon, prepared by his missus, the hounds, prince and
Godsgrace. I hope you will be able to write again soon. Stay
safe.
Always yours, Cassella.
My good friend the old lion is sickly and feeble of mind.
You must maintain your constant vigil over the old lion the young lion must
have free rein.
The young lion has sent a message to the old lion. He writes that he has meet his
older brother Lucas at the Roseguard tourney. He was said to have been killed at
the siege of Rainguard. His reappearance, if it really is him, could spell trouble
for us. I have withheld this M from the old lion.
You need to keep a sharp eye one any new arrivals. This Lucas cannot be
allowed near the old lion. If necessary, make use of C. Zack. Aside from M. P.
You should also keep a lookout for Dornishman especially for a woman. Young
with black hair, pretty she will have a noble bearing. You should also look for a
young hedge knight called Peter. He has black hair and a feminine face. I wish
them detained and brought to me.
There has been a new development Lord G. S. A party containing Dornishman
has arrived at Castamere. One claims to be a Lord Dayne. One of them is a
woman that fits your description and they are accompanied by a squire that
might be your hedge knight. I will keep you updated.
Take them at once, preferably alive. I am sending loyal men to collect them you
will know them by speaking the phrase the weather has been harsh lately. To
which they will respond with The winter will be a killer for the spring children.
