Considering you as the investigating officer of this case, upon your inquiry I would like to bring to your knowledge that a man named Mithun Chandra, a resident of Kolkata, took rent on the second floor of my three storied house at Fulkushma. He took the house on rent on the month of May. He handed me a xerox copy of his adhaar card before taking the flat on rent. On 31/12/2019, when you visited my three storied house at Fulkushma, I showed you the abovementioned person’s adhaar card which you then seized from me and I signed on the seizure list after it was prepared. Upon you inquiry, I further want to say that I am ready to give witness before the court of law.

Considering you as the investigating officer of this case, upon your inquiry I would like to bring to your knowledge I Laltu Patra, s/o Nabagopal Patra, vill.- Thakurbari. I used to do different types of work for Swapan kr. Choudhury at Fulkushma. Five to Six months ago, I remember the second floor was rented to a new tenant. On 31/12/2019 you seized the abovementioned person, Mithun Chandra’s adhaar card’s xerox copy and I signed on the seizure list after it was prepared.

Considering you as the investigating officer of this case, upon your inquiry I would like to bring to your knowledge on 31/12/2019 on a video call with you, you visited the Swapan Choudhury’s three storied house at Fulkushma for the investigation of the abovementioned case. From there you seized a xerox copy of an adhaar card from Swapan Choudhury and I signed on the seizure list after it was prepared. Later I came to know that the xerox copy of an adhaar card belonged to Mithun Chandra.

Considering you as the investigating officer of this case, upon your inquiry I would like to bring to your knowledge that I am Sarna Soren (Hansda). We belong to the Tribal Community but I do not have any caste certificate. I will inform you once I receive my caste certificate. Upon your inquiry, I am informing you that I have no idea of the caste of the accused in this case. They picked me up from my house and took me away by a car and I do not remember the car’s number which was on its number plate.
