As per regulations, for CPA exam taken in international locations (like India or Dubai), the exam credits lapse
unless the candidate is able to get to the CPA license within 3 years of clearing the CPA exam.

Engineering graduates from India, who want to craft their careers in the US would usually:

Pursue MS in Computer Science Get a 3-year OPT for working While working on OPT,
from a US university for in the US after completing the employer may apply
