    RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE PAYMENT OF BURIAL ASSISTANCE of procurement as


    Shopping in the amount of 11,400 , presented for consideration and approval by members of the Bids and
    Award Committee the Payment of BURIAL ASSISTANCE for the used at Barangay Lapasan, this City.

    WHEREAS, the Purchase Request No.______________ dated ________________is done through Sopping
    as authorized under section 53 of IRR-RA 9184, Rule XVI, the Government Procurement Act as it had not
    exceeded to the prescribed ceiling or limitations on procurement thru Shopping.

    WHEREFORE, on motion by the KAG. ASPIRINO N. BACONGA and duly seconded by the members, it
    was.

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to recommend the purchase thru mode of procurement as Shopping.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED;
