business in more than 600 cities using its mobile app and web platform. RenewBuy will be a 2000 Cr
annualized business in 12 months, with 2000+ employees and operating in 50+ cities and keep growing
further from there.
Along with massive distribution expansion, RenewBuy is looking to widen its product offering across the
insurance category and offer end to end customer product life cycle solutions. We are working to
revolutionize the way insurance is bought in India by not only offering an online platform but also providing
every customer a touchpoint with its partners. In pursuit of its growth strategies, besides pursuing existing
levers of growth, RenewBuy plans to extend its insurance platform to other similar international markets
in the near future.
Headquartered at Gurgaon and founded by Balachander Sekhar and Indraneel Chatterjee; both have more

Objective of the position:

 Python developer who can work independently with confidence and deliver high quality solutions.
Ensure You Are Great At:

Key Competencies:
 Should be comfortable with
- DB schema design
- Integration/Interface design
 Should be well versed with REST (or SOAP) based web services.
 Should be well versed with Python, Django, Flask or Pyramid, ORM, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, N,
MySQL, Postgres
 Should be well versed with code repositories like GIT Hub.
Role and Responsibilities:

As a back-end developer, you will be responsible for:
 Be involved in all aspects of development: playing a critical role in design, planning, development,
testing and deployment.
 Help develop best practices for future development.
 Conceptualize, Design and Develop new features in the product.
 Integrate user facing elements into applications, test & debug programs.
 Own the delivery of an entire piece of a system or application.
 Use technical knowledge and creative thinking to provide the most innovative solutions.
 Optimizing performance of the components and keeping up to date with the latest industry trend
Remuneration
INR 3,50,000/- Per Annum all-inclusive upto 12 months after successfully completing training and
probation period then INR 5,50,000/- Per Annum.
Statutory deductions shall be made as per prevailing norms.
Other Benefits
Group Medical/Hospital Insurance- INR 3 Lacs (covers self + Spouse + 2 kids); parents’ premium to be
borne by the employee as per the company policy.
Group Terms Life Insurance/GTL is a pure Term Insurance policy that provides for financial assistance to
its employees or their family members. RenewBuy takes this to cover the financial loss to its employees
or their family members in the event of Death. Group Term Life - INR 20+ Lacs
Group personal accident insurance, as the name suggests, is a group insurance policy that covers
accident mainly for the employees under corporate group insurance. Group Personal Accident cover is -
INR 10 Lacs.
