    Instruments & Sensors for measurement of Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature, Analyzer, Fire & Gas detectors etc.
     Selection & sizing calculation for control valves, flow meters, thermowell, DP Level calculation, Safety valve.
     Responsible for preparing, review & approve specification of Control and Safety systems (PLC, DCS, ESD), I/O List,
    alarm and trip summary, System Architecture drawings, Panel GA drawing, Wiring drawing, Functional schematic,
    SCADA & HMI Graphics, Logic Diagram / Control Philosophy, Console layout, UPS Load list.
     Responsible for preparing, review & approve Hook up diagram, Level Sketches, Instrument Air Supply and
    distribution layout, Main cable tray/ trench/ duct routing drawing, Cable Tray sizing, Junction box grouping, Fire
    and Gas detector layout, Control room Building layouts, Voltage drop calculations, Cable block diagram, Instrument
    Cable Schedule and Termination details, Instrument Loop drawing/wiring drawing, Instrument & Junction box
    location drawings.
     Responsible for preparing, review & approve MTO for installation materials, 3D Model for Cable Tray, duct routing
    & Instrument, JB's Installation.
     Material requisition to approved vendor list, Evaluation of offer submitted by vendors, technical queries to vendors,
    technical bid analysis, Purchase requisition, Vendor drawing review, Review of client/ PMC comment on
    Engineering and/vendor documents, Prepare Comment resolution sheets.

     Assist procurement personnel in procuring discipline equipment, materials & services. Procurement assistance
    includes preparing, reviewing, and approving requisitions, evaluating technical quotations and preparing queries,
    compiling bid tabulations and recommendations.
     Prepare, review, and approve discipline engineering design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications.
     Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and functional
    integrity.
     Review project schedule in relation to construction sequence, milestones, & engineering scope.
     Attend project kick-off and review meetings, vendor meetings, engineering meetings and site surveys, as required.
     Provide technical direction and review of designers producing products related to Automation & Instrumentation.
     Assist in providing necessary design inputs to other disciplines to enable them in proceeding with their deliverables.
     Interface with other departments to obtain input for discipline designs and drawings.
     Coordinates project execution activities to ensure that all Instrumentation and control projects are implemented
    within budget and schedule.
     Monitors project progress through project coordination meetings and other means, against project schedules and
    budgets; deploy resources as required to accomplish these goals.
     Responsible for managing a team of multi-disciplined team during construction and commissioning of
    Instrumentation and control type projects, ensuring the site is controlled and managed.
     Resolving the entire site-based problems related to field instrumentation and control systems as communicated by
    the site engineer.
     Responsible for preparing, review Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMAEA).
     Participate in Process Safety & Reliability studies, review & assessment such as a Risk Assessment, HAZOP, SIL, RCA.
     Responsible for Interdisciplinary activities (IDC) like Review of P&IDs, 3D Piping & Isometric etc.
     Providing engineering support during Project construction, Start-up, Installation, and commissioning activities.
     Prepare project feasibility reports, cost estimates & execution plans.
     Review periodically the work processes, identify functional gaps if any, and design corrections for establishing most
    effective workflows.
