SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT

As an aspiring entrepreneur in this modern day, it seems that there must be

plenty of opportunities provided by our external environment and sometimes it is one

of the great primary preferences to save bright ideas before entering the business

world. If we look to our surroundings, the people’s culture, habit or even their

lifestyle, they act according to what their hearts desire. Aside from our career is one

of a better success of wealth, but business offered a possible legitimate income and

provide a variety of chances in order to meet the interest. Every people wanted to

engage in venture activities, the owners decided created a plan for this kind of

business, which is a kind of popular Visayan dishe called SRIMP EMBUTIDO. This

common Visayan dish is one of the most practical and typical foods served in every

table of many Filipinos like word is continued of forming on people is increased on

the reason of growing population. This is one of a concreted evidence that we go to

enter in business to provide a kind of product and satisfied their taste.

In innovating a one of Visayas dishes and off course to capture their interest

avoided our product proposed one of a significant role why we created,this plan and

start to give finances this concepts is to implement every individual especially Filipino

people to embraced our food culture and to dominates people to practice to intake

an organic food and promote a longevity of a lifespan by encourage individual

patronized our own traditional food.The business will be possible stand from the
period of time the owners expected that is not exceed but it is gradually increase

from the next year of operation since it is start up business.

The objectives of the business include:

 To implement every people to embraced a one of VISAYAS dishes

 To provide in every household a classic canned food SHRIMP EMBUTIDO

during their eating time.

 To encourage a future generation to patronized a product of Filipino.

I. Management Aspect:

This aspect includes the study in forming the organization, form of ownership

and organizational policies and project schedule.

SHRIMP DE LA EMBUTIDO will operate under partnership form of organization.

The organization has decided to fall in partnership form for the exertion of maximum

efforts and the capabilities of the organization to work as group. During the start up

of the Shrimp de la embutido, the manager will decide who will be aligned in the

specific jobs under the business. The background of the manager in making the

product is a great advantage on the position. The manager will be responsible

overall checking if the Business, she will be the the one who will initiate motivation in

the organization. Second is the cashier, the one who is responsible for the financial

statements of the business. The cashier will make a daily record of the business

specially about financial. Every money revolving in the business will go through the
cashier first. Third is the production, the position that is responsible for the

preparation of the product, gathering of resources and checking of the tools inside

the facility. Since the production works with the cooking tools and other

materials ,they are also responsible on reporting any broken things inside the

workplace. The last job in the organization will be the driver who is responsible on

transportation and delivery of raw materials and finished products. The driver will

receive a daily amount for the gas. Since the team will be working 6-7 hours a

day,there will be a 30 minutes discussion after each work session per day.Since the

organization has different positions/jobs everyone on it will report weekly. This

reporting will involve the motivational activities and the listing of any other needs

inside the organization.The team has projected a daily income of one employee will

receive for daily work.The employees salary increase in the next few years is not

determine to the changing economic status of the country.

Organizational Policies
Organizational Policies are to be followed to have the business run in smooth

way. This organizational policies includes :

1. Code of conduct

- the code of conduct in includes

a. Cleanliness is next to Healthiness - everyone in the business should be

having their bath before going to work to make sure they are clean.

b. Meal time policies - meal time starts only at 11:30 . Violation of this policy is

accepted if the daily quota is reached fast.

c. No Over chatting - chatting is always been a good way to relieve the tiredness

but is not good if too much because it can affect the production .

d. Client Interaction - every client should be approached or be talked in a

hospitable and healthy way of communication.

e. Business Confidentiality - everyone in the Business should take the

confidentiality seriously. What the Business hides should remain a secret.

f. Dress Code - wear proper dress code in the workplace.

g. No work No pay - since the business starts with four people ,those who didn't

attended a sessions are not going to have their payment in the particular day of

absence.

2. Health and Safety Policies- the health and safety policies are created to protect

the employees and everyone in the business from health and safety risk. Among

these policies are:


a. No Smoking/No drinking policy - smoking is prohibited in any premises of the

business area, we all know that the business are product based and smokes have

sticking smells, and also it is bad for everyone's health.

b. No Garbage at Working area - Garbage are a big threat to sanitary aspect.

Every garbage should be placed in their right place.

c. ClAYGo Policy - clean as you go. Don't leave any trace.

d. Risk Assessment - risk should be assessed every time and should be

evaluated eagerly.

provided in barangay dangay.


2. Mayor's Business Permit.

standard of the local government. Our Mayor's permit will be provided in municipality

of Roxas.

3. BIR permit.

- BIR permit is a permit that is given by the Bureau of internal Revenue. This permit

will allow a business to print an actual invoice and receipts. BIR will register a

provided TIN number for a specific business.

4. Sanitary Permit

- sanitary permit is obtained from the municipal sanitary and health office. Included in

every Mayor’s Business Permit is the Health and Sanitary Permit that can be

acquired after Electrical Inspection is done. This is to ensure that aside from the

safety of the people that will be entering a establishment, the Health and Sanitary

Office will inspect business establishment about the cleanliness of the surroundings

and its office spaces.

availed our offered product & services.The business also plans to create different

flavor which is suitable in taste of every Filipino that they always find here in Oriental

Mindoro.This business provided a fresh seafood shrimps that captured the taste of
customers to avail,very accommodated place and provide a classic product and

services and original style of traditional Filipino dishes.

IV. The Technical Aspect

This chapter discusses the technical viability of the proposed business, the

proposed location including the layout, vicinity map and the location analysis.

Furthermore, this chapter presents the flow of service, the availability of the

resources, equipment and facilities to be used in actual operations of the business.

Description of the Product

The product we offer is named “SHRIMP DE LA EMBUTIDO” since the term

EMBUTIDO is also a popular visayan dish which started many years ago and still

exists up until today. This food is very common to Filipinos and is typically served in

every table especially to those people who live the essence on seafood. SHRIMP

EMBUTIDO is the main product proposed by the owners. it is composed of natural

organic ingredients made from 100% fresh shrimp and with the mixture of grated

fresh coconut, spices and seasonings - one of the traditional Filipino dishes that is

easy to cook and prepare.


Continued to emerged by many Filipino people, since our product and

services has aesthetics style regard on packaging and labeling of our product. We

do a canning preservation for storing and exporting that can last for a month. The

owners guarantee that this product will become suitable and not hard to sell in every

residence of Roxas town and as much as possible in every particular areas of

Oriental Mindoro. The SHRIMP DE LA EMBUTIDO produced 200 per month. When

the marketing strategy was successful and more Filipino taste it and loved it every

month we will having a lot of delivers and sellers that could join us in our SHRIMP

DE LA EMBUTIDO. The estimate order per month is 200 and 2,400 per year on the

local produced ingredients we can provide it with no shortage of supply. We have a

100ml, 150ml, and 200ml in jar in which we use a canning preservation for storing

that can last for 2 to 3 months. We also have a regular shrimp embutido which is

covered by the leaves of coconut and it can last for 36 hours.


Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process portrayed the flow of producing the proposed

product with the flowchart or diagram, converting the raw materials into the finished

product. Starting from purchasing raw materials from the market, preparation of the

ingredients in working area, and then mixing of all the ingredients then wrap into

coconut leaves. After that, let the water boil until it is cooked.While it is waiting to

cool,it will be put in jars to be sealed.It will help to keep the foods or the product

contained and clean.Then put a logo stickers in a jar to make it presentable and

attractively designed package can increase sales.

operate from Monday to Saturday,8:00am-5:00pm.

It is important that the business secure sanitary permit annually from the city

hall.Proper sanitation is very important for maintaining smooth operations and also

for the protection of nearby residents.Waste materials will be separated from bio

degradable and non-bio degradable .The waste will be placed in a garbage bag to

ensure the safety and cleanliness of the place and ensure health of people in the

community.

To have an efficient and effective business ,manpower is a main factor in

production .The proponent decide to hire an assistant that have a ability to assigned

FINANCIAL ASSUMPTION

1.Initial Capital requirement will be Php 19,567.00.The whole amount will be invested

by the properties.

2.Working Days

There will be ( 2 )working days in week for employees and Monday and for their

worker.
3.Production Capacity

The production capacity will increase 10% every month and year.

4..Sales

The selling price depends on the size of the jar.

90% their nine months production will be sold for the first operation.

90% their sales are cash sales and the remaining 10% are on credit.

5.Labor

No additional laborers will be subjected in the business.The four members of

the business will be the official laborers for the first ten months of the business

implementation.

6.Utilities Expense

Utilities are 80% administrative and 20% for factory.

7.Maintenance Expense

Maintenance expenses are 50% administrative and 50% factory.

5% increase will be implemented on its 4th years.

8.Rent Expense
Rent for the office is assume at 1, 500 pesos per month and it won't increase

for the first three years for operation. 10% increase is assume start it's 4th years.

9.Advertising Expense

Advertising expense is assume at for the assumed to decreased by 40% of the

second year.

10. Accounting Period

A calendar year of business starting June 2022 will be implemented.

11. Salaries

Salaries off admin employees won't change for the nine months of operation.
