    Hello there!

    We're Entri, a fast-growing, EdTech startup from Kochi and we're on the lookout for an
    extremely self-driven Associate Project Manager to join our Product Team. Although we have
    learned that the number of years of experience is not a reliable indicator of the person's skill or
    productivity, we believe someone with at least 1 year of experience would be best suited to

    Job Responsibilities & Qualifications :

    ● Works as part of the product team and helps develop and maintain the product roadmap
    ● Creates comprehensive PRDs and user stories with thorough acceptance criteria for
    development work
    ● Becomes a product expert and assists other departments with system training and
    demos of new features
    ● Work alongside the Product Manager and stakeholders to help products achieve their
    visions
    ● Drives the execution of multiple projects in an Agile Environment for Product
    Management. Keep up with the trend on agile/scrum best practices
    ● Partner very closely with High Performing Engineering teams to ensure we are building
    scalable software products that meet customer needs and on time with quality
    ● Be an active team member in mitigating impediments impacting successful team
    completion of release/sprint goals
    ● Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as
    contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up
    environment
    ● Be an advocate of metric/data-based decision making
    ● Promotes and supports mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
    ● Perform customer research, feedback, usage analytics and competitive analysis to
    identify new product requirements
    ● Manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and
    structured way and be willing to do what it takes to make our product successful
    ● Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prioritized features available to
    be worked on by the team
    ● Skills and Qualifications
    ● 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a product role, SaaS software company, or
    technology consulting firm
    ● Sound business judgment as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively,
    solve problems, scope technical requirements, and prioritize
    ● A problem solver at heart. Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and
    tactically
    ● Proactive attitude and willingness to think of creative solutions to our toughest problems.
    ● Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial
    ● Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    ● Love the thrill of a fast-paced environment and learning as we go
    ● Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA will be an added advantage
    ● Excellent time management and multitasking skills
