Click Categories and select a product

• Categories button is a hierarchical navigation

menu that shows the collection of product
groupings available in a catalog.

• Users can navigate to the products they are

looking for if they know the hierarchy of the product
categories.

Sizer Import
• Sizer Import enables the user to configure a Complex
Product in a click, without having to go through Guided

Journey for manual configuration.

1. Click to Choose JSON file or Enter Sizer ID in the

Import Sizer ID Field.

2. Follow the progress bar to monitor the Sizer Import. 2

3. Once your JSON file is successfully imported, a green

banner will populate. Click on View Details in case of an
import error.

4. Click on Configure solution button at the top of the
page, or hyperlink in success banner to finalize your
configuration through Guided Journey

Unified Search

• Unified Search allows users to search for a product

in mind without worrying about product hierarchy.

• Unified Search field supports partial and exact

match:
– Order Code, Description, SKU#, Product
Model – the partial match is possible
– Service Tag – The exact match only

Product Categories Search

• Product Categories Search enables searching

within a specific product type.

• Each Product Category provides a description

for better guidance.

• When typing in the search field Product Model,

Order Code or SKU#, a Search button will
appear. Click on to show results.
