4. This shall also serve as data collection activity to monitor the quarterly
progress of different PPAs and will serve as a facility to establish school/district data
bank.

6. School heads are expected to present their accomplishment during the SMEPA
with the presence of their teachers, SGC, PIA, student representative and other
stakeholders after class hours. Classes shall not be disturbed nor intermpted during
the data collection from the teachers arid on school MEPA presentation.
9. PSDSs shall present the consolidated findings during the DMEPA using t1le
foliowing presentation flow:
a. Access
1. Consolidated Enrolment per Key Stage (EOSY 2O2l-2O22 vs. BOSY
2022- 2023\ Explain the increase and decrease trends
2. Consolidated Implementation gaps/issues (if any)
3. Consolidated Facilitating and Hindering factors on PPAs implementation
4. Proposed interventions/Catch-up Plans from selected schools
5. Consolidated number and percentage of non-readers. Please present
using dashboard, table
6. Best Practices from selected schools
b. PSDSs Planned PPAs to help schooi heads improve Quality and Governance
for SY 2022 - 2023
10. Expenses relative to the conduct of the activity shall be charged against
School/Division MOOE and other local funds subject to usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
