Sunday School BAGUIO REFORMED BAPTIST CHURCH
127( O Jesus, I have promised) September 19, 2021
‘Tis not that I did choose Thee Covered Court, Baguio Central School, For, Lord, that could not be Yandoc St., Baguio City This heart would still refuse Thee Hadst Thou not chosen me Opening Hymn Thou from the sin that stained me 158 Hast cleansed and set me free 1All hail the power of Jesus' name! Of old Thou hast ordained me Let angels prostrate fall; That I should live to Thee bring forth the royal diadem, To crown Him Lord of all. ‘Twas sovereign mercy called me And taught my opening mind 3Ye seed of Israel's chosen race, The world had else enthralled me ye ransomed of the Fall, To heavenly glories blind hail Him who saves you by His grace, My heart owns none before Thee and crown Him Lord of all. For Thy rich grace I thirst This knowing, if I love Thee 4Sinners, whose love can ne'er forget Thou must have loved me first the wormwood and the gall, go spread your trophies at His feet, and crown Him Lord of all.
Sunday School: Unconditional Election 5Let every kindred, every tribe
on this terrestrial ball, to Him all majesty ascribe, and crown Him Lord of all. 6O that, with yonder sacred throng We at His feet may fall, Join in the everlasting song, And crown Him Lord of all.
Scripture Text: Proverbs 15:19
Second Hymn Final Hymn 655 671 1 Take my life, and let it be When we walk with the Lord In the light of His Word, Consecrated, Lord, to Thee; What a glory He sheds on our way; Take my moments and my days, While we do His good will, He abides with us still, Let them flow in ceaseless praise. And with all who will trust and obey. 2 Take my hands, and let them move Trust and obey, For there’s no other way At the impulse of Thy love; To be happy in Jesus, But to trust and obey. Take my feet and let them be Swift and beautiful for Thee. Not a shadow can rise, Not a cloud in the skies, But His smile quickly drives it away; 3 Take my voice, and let me sing Not a doubt nor a fear, Not a sigh nor a tear, Always, only, for my King; Can abide while we trust and obey. Take my lips, and let them be Filled with messages from Thee. Not a burden we bear, Not a sorrow we share, But our toil He doth richly repay; 4 Take my silver and my gold; Not a grief or a loss, Not a frown or a cross, Not a mite would I withhold; But is blest if we trust and obey. Take my intellect, and use Every power as Thou shalt choose But we never can prove The delights of His love, Until all on the altar we lay; 5 Take my will, and make it Thine; For the favor He shows, And the joy He bestows, It shall be no longer mine. Are for them who will trust and obey. Take my heart; it is Thine own; It shall be Thy royal throne. Then in fellowship sweet We will sit at His feet, Or we’ll walk by His side in the way; 6 Take my love; my Lord, I pour What He says we will do; Where He sends, we will go, At Thy feet its treasure-store. Never fear, only trust and obey. Take myself, and I will be Ever, only, all for Thee.
