    Beret  Shirt 
    1. Seasoned with a distinct fold on  1. Badges are sewn properly with

    Scarf & Woggle 


    1. Bottom of scarf must be at least 
    below the bottom of pockets 
    and above the belt. 
    2. Scarf must have 5 rolls only, with 
    3 rolls below the woggle and 2 
    rolls above at the neck.  
    3. Woggle must not be faded. 
     
    Belt 
    1. Metal buttons must be covered 
    with leather loop. 
    2. The metal buckle should not 
    have a gap and will not make a 
    sound when hit.

    Pants  Socks and Shoes 


    1. Pants ironed properly.  1. Socks to be worn with the logo 
    2. The bottom lining must be sewn  facing outward.

    must be coloured in to be black.  
    4. No Velcro shoes are allowed. 
    5. Shoes can be bought from scout 
    association or from BATA (brands 
    such as ‘Power’ or ‘North Star’) 
     

    Lanyard  Exceptions 
    1. To be tucked under the scarf at  For official HQ events where scouts are 
    the back.  attending to be assessed or scrutinised 
    2. Whistle to be in the left breast  for their attire, they will remove the 
    pocket.  anniversary badge on the left pocket 
    and sew on the Frank Cooper Sands, 
    Bumblebee and Squirrel badge in 
    place.
