    Reference is made to the above captioned subject.

    For and on behalf of lclearXpress co. Ltd, we hereby request from your reasonable office to assist us in
    extending the transit days for the above mentioned trucks. One of the trucks had a mechanical fault in
    Chibombo area and this is what caused the delay in movement of the trucks which are in the same
    convoy.
