The student must fill in their name, location last attended, dates of attendance, and signature. They can then choose to have transcripts processed immediately, after grades are posted, or after conferring of a degree. The student provides up to two addresses to mail transcripts to. There is no fee for transcripts, but they will not be issued if the student has a financial hold on their account.
