    That on or about the 19th day of April 2022, at about 4:30 A.M.

    , more or
    less, in the City of Iloilo, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
    Honorable Court, the said accused, armed with a knife, with deliberate
    intent, with treachery and evident premeditation, and with intent to kill, did
    then and there, suddenly and unexpectedly, attack, assault, and use
    personal violence upon the person of one Jose "Joe" Ocampo by stabbing
    the latter, at his body, thereby inflicting a fatal wound and as a
    consequence of which he died.
