    TEXT “VEHICULAR INCIDENT”

    “On October 31, 2020 at about 7:15 in the evening a vehicular incident transpired at
    Purok Malaumon Barangay Poblacion Malangas Zamboanga Sibugay fronting Malangas
    Municipal Cemetery wherein two (2) vehicles were involved described as follows.
    Vehicular one (1) one-unit Honda Wave 110, color black with temporary plate number bearing
    090110driven by Arjamin Endio Madag, 38 years old single, driver a resident of Purok Purok 5
    Brgy. Lipacan Malangas Zamboanga Sibugay with back rider Jie Maulana Madag, 38 yrs old
    single, driver a resident of Purok Mahusay Población Malangas Zamboanga Sibugay.
    Vehicular two (2) one unit, Toyota hilux color red with plate number GAI 3390 driver by jesson
    albios casanes 32 years old married a member of bureau of fire protection a resident of Purok
    Matinabangon Malangas Zamboanga Sibugay, a holder of a professional driver’s license J10-
    18-00662 with passenger on board, Sharon Dalumambon Casanes, 28yrs old married the
    drivers wife, elementary teacher, also a resident of previously mentioned place and Edelyn
    Charity Dela Cerna Balagon 33yrs old married businesswoman a resident of Purok Mahusay
    Población Malangas Zamboanga Sibugay.
    Investigator conducted disclosed that vehicle one was abound to the direction of población
    malangas proper while vehicle two was bound to crossing Brgy. Lipacan Malangas Zamboanga
    Sibugay area. Upon reaching at the fronting malangas public cemetery situated at Purok
    Malaumon Barangay Población Malangas Zamboanga Sibugay the driver of vehicle two saw the
    light coming from vehicle one’s headlight that prompted the former to stop and wait for the
    impact. Furthermore, vehicle one bumped vehicle two that caused damage in the front part.
    Further investigation revealed that vehicle one was traversing the opposite lane as a result the
    two vehicles collided each other. Driver and back rider of vehicle one sustained body injuries
    and were later brought to malangas emergency hospital for immediate medical treatment while
    the driver and passenger of vehicle two sustained no body injury. The vehicles involved in the
    incident where brought to this station for safekeeping.
    This certification is being used for whatever legal purpose it may serve him best.
