1. All teaching and non-teaching personnel should be well-informed on the school

launching of Oplan Balik Eskwela 2022 with the theme: “Kapit-Bisig Para sa Mas
Ligtas na Balik-aral” which will run from August 15 to 26, 2022.
2. All teaching and non-teaching personnel are encouraged to take actions that will
contribute to the school preparedness and partial solutions of its needs.
3. All are directed to exert effort to ensure that learners are properly enrolled, problems,
queries, and other concerns commonly encountered in school will be properly
addressed.
4. All teaching and non-teaching personnel will perform each role to ensure peace and
order, health and safety, and smooth conduct of the opening of classes.
5. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this memorandum is desired.

1. In compliance with the DepEd Memorandum No. 003 s. 2022, which is the
Department of Education annual initiative to engage agencies, organizations, and
other stakeholders in preparation for the opening of the school year, the Oplan
Balik Eskwela shall run from August 15 to August 26, 2022.
2. This is to ensure that learners from public and private schools are properly
enrolled. It also aims to address problems, queries, and other concerns commonly
encountered by the public at the start of school year with this year’s theme “Kapit
Bisig para sa Mas Ligtas na Balik-Aral”.
