We strive to increase our maximum potential.

Magni Corps Throwe rs is composed of men and wome n from 13 -65 that are
interested in participating at the Highland Heavy Game s and to better their
performance during down time and the winter off season.

Highland Games are performed all over the world and the best part is that any able
bodied individual man or woman can be an athlete not just the Scottis h.

ATHLETIC STRENGTH

Remember To drink plenty of water, Take a minimum of 60 second breaks and 10 min of
warm up exercise before every work out. Be sure to have a spotter or use light weights at
all times during lifting Workouts.
