About Us
Soham Ayur Yoga Ashram is a registered non profit organisation and a

dream project of our founder Sri Soham Guruji. Keeping the mission of
imparting and spreading awareness of Yoga, Vedanta, Ayurveda and
Naturopathy to every common person, till now it has made a tremendous
contribution for society by organizing regular Yoga Therapy camps,
Ayurvedic and Nature cure camps, Yoga Teachers Training, Vedanta
study and research, and many more. In Soham Ayur Yoga Ashram, activ-
ities are designed to create an inclusive culture that is the basis for global
harmony and progress.
Soham Ayur Yoga Ashram is a traditional Yoga and Ayurveda ashram
located far from the city and in between the midst of nature, where the
students will be living in a very simple and disciplined life style with
basic needs. Soham Ayur Yoga Ashram is dedicated to maintain the repu-
table levels of service and education that our students have come to
expect from Affiliated Yoga schools.
The courses are designed in the most comprehensive and unique way,
empowering you to stand apart as an inspired and authentic yoga teacher.
Only the serious Yoga sadhakas come here to experience the real way of
yogic life, to experience the life and not to escape the life. The path of
yoga in Soham Ayur Yoga Ashram is steeped in tradition; and has been
evolving and cultivating spiritual awareness and mindfulness practices
among spiritual aspirants for many years now.

Meditation Workshop ( January ) :

This workshop is aimed at helping people with exactly that- Cre-
ating a step by step
process to help keep up a meditative practice. It helps to start a
practice with as
little as you can manage and lays out steps for future practice.

Yoga WorkShop ( February ):

The Soham Extensive yoga workshop in Soham Ayur Yoga
Ashram is aimed at intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners
who wish to polish their skills and to immerse themselves in the
profound benefits of our philosophically rich yoga practice. The
workshop based on Hatha Yoga combines traditional aspects of
yoga, Ayurveda, the philosophical lineages of yoga practice. The
workshop offers a vast and holistic approach to the health and
well-being of the body, mind, and spirit simultaneously.

will be eligible to write YCB Level 1 ( Yoga Protocol Instructor ).

Yoga Retreat ( May ) :

This transformational and healing 5-day Ayurveda Detox and Yoga
Programme begins with a consultation provided by our doctor. This
in-depth exploration of your diet, lifestyle patterns and habits,
mental and emotional state, and many other personal details will
provide the information necessary to determine your Dosha (body
type) and design your detox and rejuvenation programme. This
includes vital health advice to take home. The treatment plan will
combine Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapies, nature cure and along
with other modalities of healing available through our highly
skilled staff of therapists.

International Yoga Day ( June ) :

This is the time for all of us to look inwards and find our inner
strength in order to combat the crisis the world is going through
today. This International Day of Yoga, featuring an exclusive ses-
sion with Guruji Sri Soham and Teachers of Soham Ayur Yoga
Ashram.
This program with a special focus on building immunity and resil-

ience, will equip you with just the tools you need to cope with the
challenges we're facing.
200 HR Yoga Teachers Training ( August ):

After Succesfully Completion of the course by the student

Ayurveda Workshop ( September ):

Short term Ayurvedic Abhyangam Massage Event
This workshop will introduce to the basic principles of
Ayurveda and how we can integrate healthy lifestyle choices
in our daily lives. Participants will also be provided with rec-
ommendations and guidelines about daily routine and life-
style choices based on Ayurvedic principles, in order to pro-
mote exuberant health and happiness.
