    regarding, Failure to register as a Hazardous Waste Generator and I regret to inform your
    good office that my establishment didn’t comply for the said violation because no one inform
    us to register as a Hazardous Waste Generator. We hope you considered this letter and give
    us chance to comply the said violation and we promised to accomplished all the requirements
    and registered online as a Hazardous Waste Generator.
