SIMPLE PAST TENSE

A story about a boy and his terrible week!

Read and answer the following questions.

The boy had a terrible week. He didn´t sleep Sunday night because he watched a movie. His
mother and father didn´t hear because he was very quiet. Because he didn´t sleep on
Sunday night; on Monday he was asleep in class. He didn´t hear the teacher talk about
homework and a quiz, so he didn´t do the homework for.

Tuesday, so the teacher gave him lots of homework for Wednesday. On Wednesday I gave
the teacher the homework but I didn´t know about the quiz on Thursday. The quiz was
about English Writers; he didn´t remember any writers.

On Friday, he saw his quiz and he got a really bad grade. Now, it is Saturday and the boy is
studying for a new quiz, but his friend, the robot, wanted to go to see a movie. Finally, the
boy decided to go to see a movie about “basketball” with his friend, the robot.

A.Complete the sentences with affirmative or negative statements according to the reading.
Remember the use of Regular and Irregular verbs.
