We are happy to welcome you as our Partner and want to use this opportunity to work
together in a way that benefits both our businesses.
While having a binding agreement with us, you get the privilege of using Webfleet Solutions
branding elements. Please note, that the power of a logo lies in the hands of all its users
– that’s why, for the good of all of us, we kindly request that you follow the guidelines to
make our communication coherent and strong.

This document provides guidance to members of the Sales Partner Programme (SPP), the
Busines Partner Programme (BPP) and the .connect Partner Programme (.connect) in the
use of the Webfleet Solutions brand elements. We encourage you to actively communicate
our partnership and use the power of our brand. Together we can raise the awareness in the
market and drive preference for our products.
While using Webfleet Solutions branding, please follow the rules listed in the guidelines.
In particular:
• As part of our agreement we expect you to actively use the Webfleet Solutions Partner logo
on your website, so not just in written form.
• As described in the SPP, link the logo on online assets to webfleet.com. On webfleet.com
we link to your website as well, so this must be reciprocal. These links help both parties to
increase domain authority.
• Only use the Webfleet Solutions Partner logo as provided on the partner portal. Do not
use Webfleet Solutions corporate logo, Webfleet Solutions – a Bridgestone company logo,
WEBFLEET logo, Bridgestone logo nor the old TomTom Telematics logos.
• Make sure your communication is perceived as yours. Use your own branding identity and
strengthen your message with Webfleet Solutions branding elements.
• Always get approval from your regional Webfleet Solutions Marketeer and contact him/
her if things are unclear.

You can use the Webfleet Solutions Partner logo on your landing pages, provided that
you make it explicit, that it’s your landing page and not that of Webfleet Solutions.
Do not use any name of Webfleet Solutions or its products in your SEA activities.
You can use them as part of your URL and for SEO activities.
Many of the images Webfleet Solutions is using are not licenced for the partners.
Therefore do NOT copy any visuals from webfleet.com or other Webfleet Solutions
media and use them on your website, but contact the responsible Webfleet Solutions
country manager for approval before publishing any materials.
