ABSTRACT
Till 2019, Indian Education system followed a traditional approach with a little innovation but
now major changes are visible in the system, one of these changes was amalgamation of
education and IT sector which made distant education possible. Online education flared up as it
was the only hope for students to learn and grow in such tough time. Teachers adopted
pedagogical methods for teaching i.e. Online teaching, so that the students can be involved in
high-tech learning as technology became an essential element of an Ed-Tech sector.

In present scenario, there are many big names in the Ed-Tech sector like Byju’s, Vedantu,
WhiteHat Jr and Unacademy having huge customer base in the industry and have a big role in
providing quality education to students even during the pandemic time. In these times every
other student is connected to various companies through online education.

Some Ed-Tech companies may offer the Free Premium business model where a lot of their
services might seem to be free at a glance but to gain continuous learning access; students have
to opt for paid subscription. But the current news scenario, which is tarnishing the image of these
companies claiming that they are scam nothing else, the scam in advertisement, selling by
misconception, horrific after sale services, toxic work culture in these companies are the main
claims for the scam.

But is Ed-Tech Company a protagonist in this story or a silent villain?

Key words- Online education, Ed-Tech, subscription, business, innovation

INTRODUCTION

If there is one area in India that has gone all high-tech, it is education. From the venerable
gurukul to a congregation under a tree to high-tech classrooms and applications, education has
gone all high-tech. Education technology (Ed-Tech) is described as technology that aids in the
learning process. Edtech refers to any digital technology that is used to educate people. However,
ed-tech can range from computer-based instruction to fully immersive virtual reality experiences.

The influence of educational technology is revolutionary.

It has a significant impact on the learning experience and encourages students to use various
resources to improve their learning. When it comes to study resources, printed textbooks have
become obsolete. The new generation of students prefers to observe lectures rather than read
about them. If there is one area in India that has gone all high-tech, it is education. From the

become obsolete.

More dynamic and engrossing. EdTech provides students with a variety of interactive learning
opportunities. Video on coding and technology, language learning classes, competitive test
preparations, on-demand tutor discovery, and Gamification of the learning experience are just a
few of the alternatives.

There is a significant rise in market size projections for EdTech in India — projected to reach
$3.5bn by 2022.As per a recent report by The Ken, since the pandemic broke out, Byju’s alone
added 20 million new students on its platform with over 64 million registered students currently.
Two unicorns have already been created in this space with Byju’s being the most valuable
unicorn out of India at a $16.5 billion valuation and Unacademy also entering the elite billion-
dollar club recently. There are more than 4,500 startups operating in the EdTech space in India
currently, an industry that is projected to grow to $30 billion in the next 10 years from the
current market size of around $800 million, according to a recent report by RBSA Advisors

EdTech has the power to transform India paving the roadmap for a level-playing field for
education across the country with online platforms delivering the same content to urban and rural
populace, the rich and the poor, all castes and creed alike, thereby bridging the divide more
efficiently than ever before. The Government of India has realized the power of EdTech in
educating India and has launched several programs like Skill India, SWAYAM, SANKALP,
STRIVE, DIKSHA, and National Digital Libra ..

EdTech has stepped out of classrooms onto corporate boards, focusing on content creation,
pedagogy, doubt solving and imparting life skills.

HISTORY:

The Indian education system began with the teaching of Indian logic, religion, and Vedic
mathematics. Over the years, 10+2+3 system (National Policy, 1966)was developed and modified
the syllabus umpteen times, but the education system remains the same. While the world around it
evolved, the schooling system in India took little initiative to adapt to it.

Ed-tech has been a nursing baby for the past ten years or so, unable to grow due to a lukewarm
market response and a lack of popular appeal. B2B was the only option for edtech startups.

Solutions from an ed-tech firm? It was India's largest education services firm. It sought to provide
teachers with interactive multimedia content to enhance textbook and blackboard instruction in
Indian classrooms with its range of digital classroom aids. But no one had anticipated this. Many
Ed-tech firms eventually shut down because experts and parents believed — and still believe —
that physical classrooms provide interpersonal, social, and cognitive skills development that
technology can never replace.
Indians' aspirations continued to rise, but the educational system was becoming increasingly
antiquated. And then there was Byju's, who was putting together not only content but also a killer
marketing plan and a killer app. India has progressed to the next level of educational technology

Buoyed by this success, a slew of other startups mushroomed – Unacademy ,Extramarks , Digital
Marks etc. Now companies increase their subscription base and providing more and more
services.

So, have these start-ups had an impact on India's educational system? No. All they did was ruffle
the feathers and make new-fangled learning processes more expensive and out of reach for the
average person. However, these companies had established themselves and gained users,
prompting specialty startups like White Hat Jr. to enter the competition. And no one questioned
whether five-year-olds really needed to learn how to code. Ed-tech has evolved significantly
since its inception in 2019, modifying and accelerating existing technology to meet the needs of
remote classrooms. COVID-19 is causing alarm among parents, students, and schools. And in
this environment, online education has become the standard. As such, access to online learning
tools quickly became a necessity within the education system. Since online learning has been
such an effective tool, it will certainly continue to grow and be an integral part of modern
education.

Pros in Ed-Tech Sector

With the advent of digitalization in the education industry, online classes have become the need
of the hour for students across the globe. The advantages of online classes are immense. Students
can enjoy the benefits of online classes which they might not be able to while attending
traditional classes due to several reasons. Here we bring you the advantages of online education
and how you can benefit from it.

1. Improve long-distance learning

Earlier if anyone wishes to crack IIT-JEE he was bound to go to Kota Rajasthan for the
best coaching but with the development of Ed-Tech sector in India the boundation has
been nullified now a learner can virtually interact with the teachers of Kota even when
you are apart in real-time.

2.  Increased Convenience and Flexibility

The importance’s of online classes are that they are much more convenient and flexible
as compared to traditional learning platforms. This flexibility allows you to balance your
school work, family obligations, while also excelling in your studies. It also enables you
to access additional courses and pursue hobbies too. You don’t need to rush from one
topic to another without getting a complete understanding of the current topic of
discussion.

3. Escape the Traffic

Online classes have eliminated the necessity of travelling daily to attend coaching
classes, that too after school! You aren’t required to face the rush hour traffic. Instead,
you can have a glass of water or milk, freshen up and start learning at the convenience of
your home.

Travelling long distances to and from coaching classes can be quite exhausting. An
online study class not only eradicates the need to face the traffic every day but also lets
you get the advantage of learning under expert guidance at your convenience

4. Efficient Study

We know it’s never easy to focus in traditional classes for a long period of time.
Sometimes, you tend to become tired and lose interest quickly. With online classes it’s
much easier for you to focus on what you’re doing. You can concentrate and study in the
right environment. You can choose to study at a time when you feel the freshest which
make your study more effective in a longer run &Ed-Tech app are programmed in a way
to react to a student’s learning pace, i.e. increasing or decreasing in difficulty to suit their
needs. This provides tailored learning, but also motivation to improve. Gamification of
learning is a great way to improve engagement, as it rewards users for participating in
measurable activities.

5. Accessible 24*7

EdTech is accessible anytime, anywhere. It provides a solution to the pressing demand

for resources in educational institutions. It also saves paper and means you don’t have to
carry heavy books around campus with you. Most EdTech platforms also provide
accessibility features like has read-aloud functionality, page zoom, variable font style,
and background colour, and provides 24/7 online and offline access.

6. Saves your Time and Money

A lot of time and money used to be spent on conveyance. One of the key advantages of
virtual classrooms is that you can save your energy, time and money. The prestigious
degree which was traditionally expensive and sometime not at your convenience now can
be received online at affordable rate at your convenience like Upgrad offering MBA
courses online

Cons in Ed-Tech Sector

1. Distraction

One of the biggest downsides of EdTech, especially in class, is the temptation to use devices for
procrastination. It is easy to switch off when you’ve got the internet beckoning for your
attention, so lecturers must be wary and make sure their students aren’t taking advantage of a
situation that encourages tech usage. A good way to do this is to ask students to close their
laptops over personal cell phone

2. Online Learning May Create a Sense of Isolation

The E-Learning methods currently practiced in education tend to make participating students
undergo contemplation, remoteness and a lack of interaction. As a result, many of the students
and teachers who inevitably spend much of their time online can start experiencing signs
of social isolation, due to the lack of human communication in their lives. Social isolation
coupled with a lack of communication often leads to several mental health issues such as
heightened stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts.

3. E-Learning requires strong self-motivation and time management skills

Lack of self-motivation among students continues to be one of the primary reasons why students
fail to complete online courses. In traditional classrooms, there are numerous factors which
constantly push students towards their learning goals. Face-to-face communication with
professors, peer-to-peer activities, and strict schedules all work in unison to keep the students
from falling off track during their studies.

4. Lack of communicational skill development in online students

E-Learning methods are proven to be highly effective at improving the academic

knowledge of the students. However, developing the communicational skills of the
students is an area often neglected during online lessons. Due to the lack of face-to-face
communication between peers, students and teachers in an online setting, the students
might find that they are unable to work effectively in a team setting. Neglecting the
communicational skills of the students will inevitably lead to many graduates who excel
in theoretical knowledge, but who fail to pass their knowledge on to others.

5. Cheating prevention during online assessments is complicated

Unfortunately, one of the biggest disadvantages of E-Learning continues to

be cheating through various methods. Compared to on-campus students, online students
can cheat on assessments more easily as they take assessments in their own environment
and while using their personal computer. The students cannot be directly observed during
assessments without a video feed, making cheat detection during online assessments
more complicated than for traditional testing procedures. Additionally, without a proper
identity verification system in place, students taking online assessments might be able to
let a third party take the assessment instead of themselves, resulting in a wholly
fraudulent test result.

6. Online learning is inaccessible to the computer illiterate population

54% of Indians own Smart mobile devices, and around computer despite the country
being one of the major players in the world of E-Learning, there is still a large gap in
computer literacy in the population. Until such gaps in society exist, online education will
not be able to reach all citizens. Therefore, it’s highly important that we look at online
learning as an addition, rather than as a replacement to traditional education

The challenges e-learning is facing?

While ideally, e-learning is one of the best learning models that we have ever had, it does have
its fair share of challenges. Luckily though, those challenges aren't inherent to the model itself
but in the lack of its implementation. While the number of internet users in our country is
growing exponentially (825.30 million by the end of December 2020), and the numbers
increasing with every New Year there still remains a lack of technological penetration in remote
areas. In a country like ours, where more than 60% of our population resides in rural areas,
implementing the e-learning model on a national level is a bit of a challenge.

With covid pandemic knocking at the door the landscape of Indian education sector
changedeventually, urban India caught on, after instituting new methodologies for conducting
online classes. The story remains incomplete for semi-urban and rural India, as schools in large
swathes of the country struggled to host sessions due to a paucity of resources. Nevertheless, the
pandemic has opened up space, giving educational start-ups the opportunity to expand their
businesses and reach. That being said, the government is trying to bridge this gap by taking
several digitization initiatives. Hopefully, in the near future, the remote areas of our country will
be sufficiently technologically advanced to enjoy the benefits of e-learning

Future of Ed-Tech sector in India

The Indian EdTech industry was valued at US$ 750 million in 2020 and is expected to reach
US$ 4 billion by 2025 at a CAGR of 39.77%. This growth is driven by rising demand for non-
academic courses from tier II & III cities and the need for personalisation in the EdTech space.
Out of the projected market value of US$ 4 billion, US$ 1.5 billion will focus on K–12
(Kindergarten to Class 12), after school foundational and pre-preparational courses.

Indian EdTech start-ups raised more than US$ 1.43 billion across 100 deals in 2020. The
COVID-19 pandemic disruptions and subsequent lockdowns compelled both parents and
educational institutions to implement tech-enabled learning solutions, making EdTech the most
funded sector in the country. Of the total funding raised, Byju’s leads with 57%, followed by
Unacademy (10.5%) and Vedantu (9.5%)
Since 2020, India has seen four EdTech start-ups turn into unicorns (Unacademy, Upgrad, and
Eruditus and Vedantu) and one into a decacorn (Byju’s). A unicorn is a company valued over
US$ 1 billion and decacorn is valued >US$ 10 billion

Government initiatives blooming the Indian EdTech industry

The Indian EdTech industry is expected to be more policy friendly in the upcoming years due to
rising government interest. The National Education Policy 2020 emphasised the importance of
leveraging technology in education solutions and supported creation of leaning content in
regional languages, calling it a high priority.
K–12 category has potential to grow in the future

The EdTech industry in India is growing at a significant rate, with high interest in the K–12
segment as COVID-19 lockdowns have disrupted the activities of educational institutions.
According to Tracxn, a data analytics company, Indian EdTech firms have raised US$ 5.77
billion in funding in 2021 so far. Of the total amount raised, US$ 99 million was raised by K–12
education specialists. Since 2018, more than 4,800 K–12 EdTech start-ups have been launched
globally, with 1,782 start-ups in India alone. They offer courses in the form of subscription
packages for a set of subjects to each class
Pre-COVID-19 Education

Learners were largely consuming digital information in the form of electronic textbooks, journal
articles, online presentations, and lecture videos on a variety of websites or self-developed
content just before the COVID-19 epidemic. Online learning platforms have exploded in
popularity in education, and it has recently been discovered that online learning is the most often
used educational support resource for both teachers and students.

GRAPH

 Before the Covid-19, only a few educational institutions were implementing online or
blended learning methods. Little by little, more schools, universities and ministries of
education started enforcing them, but at a very slow rate. Only early adopters, the
enthusiasts and visionaries, were willing to give it a try.
Pre-COVID vs. Amidst COVID

During this period EdTech has grown to become one of the most favorable sectors. Some of the
key parameters that show its growing prominence are enumerated below

Market Size

The market size predictions for EdTech in India by 2022 have increased significantly due to a
sudden surge toward online education. According to a recent estimate, India's EdTech market is
expected to reach $3.5 billion by 2022, up from $2.8-3.2 billion previously forecast. In 2019, the
EdTech market is worth $735 million.

This growth is expected to be driven by K12, Higher Education, and Test Preparation and up
skilling. With more and more adoption towards EdTech and a different outlook for education in
the post COVID world, we can expect a bigger number than this.

Funding

During COVID, funding, which is a critical driver in EdTech growth, changed dramatically. In
H12020, funding increased by over 5 times compared to H12019. With $847 million in funding
until August 2020, it is already twice as much as it was in 2019. Byju's and Unacademy, which
raised over $300 million in total, account for a large amount of this funding. During this time,
many new start-ups raised funds, including iNurture, Masai, Campk12, Pedagogy, Lido, and
others. The number of funding deals has also increased by 2.5X, from 20 in H1 2019 to 40+ in
H1 2020.

Traffic Shift

Another key difference was seen in the movement of students towards Massive Open Online
Courses (MOOC). Though paid subscribers have also seen an increase, MOOC saw a bigger
uptrend post lockdown.
Engagement (Time Spent)

During the lockdown, students' levels of involvement increased by 50%. Not only among K12
and Post K12 students has there been an increase in time spent online. According to a recent
Linkedin survey, about 63 percent of professionals have increased their time spent on online
learning to improve or reskill themselves in order to remain relevant.

According to a survey by BARC India and Nielsen, time spent on education apps has increased
by 30%, resulting in a 120 percent increase in digital ad spends by Edtech apps. There has also
been an 88 percent increase in the number of users downloading Edtech apps.

Subscriber Base:

The number of Edtech firms' subscribers has increased significantly. According to studies, the
K12 segment's user population has grown from 45 million to 90 million. If we look at some of
the Edtech companies: During the lockout, Byju's attracted 7.5 million new users, and Toppr's
paid user base grew by 100 percent.
Lockdown boosted innovation and investment in the EdTech Sector

In the nation, there are around 4,450 EdTech start-ups serving diverse areas such as K-12,
vocational, and professional training/skilling, and school/college educational operations. While
Indian players dominate the K-12 and competitive examination segments, multinational players
focus on reskilling, vocational preparation, and certifications.

In the Indian EdTech industry, many innovations have been tried to balance the dynamics of
teachers and students as they transition from a traditional classroom to a virtual one. Teacher-
led education is evolving into a greater teacher-student relationship as a result of technological
advancements. Smart classrooms make education clear and equal for all students in a way that
is similar to a real classroom setting.

Initiatives taken by the Government to promote online learning

One of the many initiatives taken by the GOI to promote E-learning is through the SWAYAM
Program. This initiative is designed to accomplish the three cardinal principles of the Education
Policy – access, equity, and quality. The goal of this program is to connect the digital divide for
students who have not been able to join the standard knowledge economy.
Area of Interest

Impact on Students:

Online learning is quickly becoming one of the most efficient methods of imparting knowledge.
During the lockdown, online education and technology have proven to be superheroes. We've all
been placed under home arrest, but we're still connected to the educational world. The main
advantage of asynchronous online learning is that it allows students to participate in high quality
learning situations when distance and schedule make on-ground learning difficult-to-impossible,
there is less chance for students to miss classes. In addition, the online format allows physically
challenged students (and teachers) more freedom to participate in class. Students can access their
courses at any time of day or night. Further, they have continuous access to lectures, course
materials, and class discussions.Online learning has made it possible to organise and store files
and folders without causing any physical damage. Students may access their notes and
assignments with a single click, eliminating the risk of misplacing or spoiling them. Learners
have a degree of anonymity in the online environment. Age, attire, physical appearance,
disability, colour, and gender are essentially missing as discriminating factors. Instead, the focus
of attention is obviously on the discussion's topic and the individual's capacity to calmly and
intellectually respond to and add to the issue at hand.

The difficulties of online learning are numerous. Many students struggle to focus on a screen for
lengthy periods of time, which is one of the most difficult aspects of online learning. Due to the
lack of cellphones, laptops, and a reliable internet connection, online classes are not accessible to
all students. Unfortunately, the less fortunate members of our society have been the ones who
bear the brunt of this. Because internet connectivity is so important, online classes aren't totally
trustworthy. Inconsistent internet access has become one of the most common reasons for
students to avoid meeting some crucial requirements, such as maintaining an active visual
presence, which is necessary for maintaining proper vigilance. There is a disconnect between the
teachers and the kids when the cameras are switched off. Face-to-face contacts with classmates,
usually regulated by a teacher, are an advantage of traditional classroom education. Many
students who inevitably spend a significant amount of time online have begun to show signs of
social isolation as a result of a lack of human communication in their lives, which can lead to a
variety of mental health problems such as increased stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts.
Impact on Educators:

Online learning has become a significant resource for educators and classroom teachers, enabling
students to learn at their own speed and exploiting a new form of knowledge exchange. Many
online learning platforms provide self-paced learning and allow students and teachers to
collaborate to reach set goals. By embracing the real-world application of theory through
multimedia, video, chat, and engagement, online learning allows teachers to enter into this
domain of ongoing learning.Educators can use ordinary technologies to successfully convey
educational theories into the classroom. Teachers can quantify the practical benefits in terms of
time-based efforts and workload reduction. The ability to track the submission of digital
assignments and reuse or reconstruct a course curriculum using fresh course templates are both
practical benefits.

Teachers/educators can enhance their abilities in curriculum implementation, policy, education

systems, and leadership through online training programmes, which they can do alone or with the
help of their institutions. It allows individuals to collaborate with their peers while also learning
new instructional skills that are applicable to their profession. With the use of technology and
multidisciplinary approaches, these programmes can assist them in developing new skills and
capabilities in their pupils.

Impact on Parents:

One of the studies on Byju's described how BDEs bind parents in a cycle of guilt. "One former
sales associate characterized the pitch: "Your son can be nothing in life if he doesn't go with
Byju's — and if you, as a parent, can't [secure] your kid's happiness and future... you might as
well not have had kids," he wrote in a tweet. Any parent who is even marginally vulnerable to
such approaches will almost certainly fall into their trap.
Effects of online education on mental and physical health

Online education has drastically changed the way we study but the year and half of attending
online classes from home has led to a string of mental and physical health issues for both
students and teachers.

How online education affected mental health

1. Lack of interest
Humans are social animals, and the most introverted ones also need to see faces and have human
interactions once in a while. The children have grown to lose interest in their classes.

Most of them switch off the camera and go about their other activities. The lethargy has
inculcated the loss of interest in not only the studies but everything overall.
The pressure of after-school homework and assignments has triggered a great toll on the mental
health and mood.
2. Stress and anxiety
The concentration levels of students dropped in online learning as the eye meanders elsewhere
on the screen. This in response made it difficult for most students to keep up with the teachings.
The pressure to concentrate and produce the required results has resulted in a great amount of
stress and anxiety. Tasks, assignments, and homework slacked.
Most children were seen lagging behind and succumbing to the pressure. The mental state of the
children was fragile and tampered with.
3. Zoom fatigue
Zoom fatigue refers to the exhaustion after having attended zoom classes, or video conferences.
With the screen time increasing drastically, the mind is overwhelmed with information and the
brain finds it rather difficult to register all the information.
Over involvement of parents also has added to the pre-existing anxiety and stress. Parents are
confined to the walls of their houses and have taken it upon themselves to get extensively
involved with their children and their online classes.
Effects of online classes on physical health

1. Eyesight problems
Increased screen time has increased the strain on the eyes, resulting in major headaches. This
was applicable not only to the students but also to teachers.
2. Lack of classroom ethics
The classroom ethics have been compromised to great lengths. The posture, regularity, lack of
routine, attentiveness has all resulted in health hazards. Constant sitting has caused weight
concerns as well.
No physical activity has made the students restless and frustrated. This too took a toll on the
eating habits, thus resulting in damages to the physical health.
3. Bad ergonomics
Human factors and ergonomics are the application of psychological and physiological principles
to the engineering and design of products, processes, and systems.
Studying online has resulted in poor/bad ergonomics, thus resulting in a lot of issues as regards
back pain and fibromyalgia pains.
4. Lack of physical activities
The lack of physical activities has caused children to become obese. Thanks to binge eating and
watching, it's only gotten worse.
Muscle spasms, muscle rigidity, and lack of calcium, etc are all based on lack of physical
activity.
5. Lack of Vitamin D
Online Education surprisingly has resulted in a lack of Vitamin D. Lack of sunlight, poor diet,
and exercise have resulted in more problems than one could anticipate.
6. Calcium deficiency
As weird as it sounds, the lack of physical activity and calcium has resulted in trivial injuries,
thus resulting in extensive injuries further.
ALTERNATIVES

Lack of communicational skill development in online students

Peer-to-peer bunch exercises and online addresses which require communication must be utilized
indeed in a web learning environment. In doing so, able to guarantee that E-Learning does not
come up short to educate understudies the communicational abilities fundamental to succeed in
genuine working environments.

Cheating prevention during online assessments is complicated

In arrange to secure the authenticity of online instruction, anti-cheating measures must be put in put by
any online education institution. The foremost prevalent anti-cheating instruments currently utilized in E-
Learning are online proctoring frameworks such as Examity, which utilize different anti-cheating
measures such as mechanized ID confirmation and machine learning to distinguish false test-takers.

Online learning is inaccessible to the computer illiterate population

Getting a solution to the complex issue of raising computer proficiency is no simple errand. Be that as it
may, activities such as Digital India appear guarantee in progressing the computer proficiency rates
among the populace.

Social Isolation

 Some of the ways to combat loneliness and social segregation in online learning might be:
 Promoting expanded interaction between online students. Utilizing blended learning
environments.
 Monitoring the students for signs of social segregation.
 Online Learning Requires Self-Discipline
Here are some tips to get self-discipline for online learning.

1. Motivation
The course you are selecting, skills you want to acquire should be the result of your own
motivation. A self-motivation is a thing that can enable you to follow self-discipline to its best.
2. Organize your online course
Attending lectures, completing your assignments and queries, all should be well organized.
Doing these things randomly won’t help you at all. So move step-by-step as advised by the
teachers.
3. Communication skills
In online classes forget the concept of backbenchers. You are having the same focus and
attention as the rest of the students enrolled in your course. Do not hesitate to ask for any
problem or solution from your teacher. Even if you’re shy, you need to develop
your communication skills.
4. No distractions
No matter how much we will concentrate on online learning still several things create
distractions. Only your true motivation can avoid these distractions from you. So whenever
you are falling towards them try to go back to the very motivation you have for this course.
This will help you to stay at the true cause.
5. Time management
Even though you have a flexibility of time in online learning. Still, there is a need of time
management with respect to your classes. A student must allow adequate time for the lectures
and assignments as needed.
6. A backup plan
sometimes it is possible that your routine of online learning is disturbed by some
circumstances, you are not able to control. It could be a power breakdown, your Internet
connection can go down, PC or laptop may face a serious problem. So keeping all these
problems in a view. Always try to have a backup plan. So that your own learning classes won’t
get interrupted
CONCLUSION

In conclusion, we can say that online education initially started as a great advantage but took a
drastic turn and didn’t work so much in the same spirit. With the increased screen time, eyesight
issues, headaches, and strain have increased a great deal.

Not only that, children have also been exposed to stress and anxiety from an early age and
parents only add to the pressure. Physical well-being has gone for a complete toss.
It is important for us to keep in mind all these aspects to prevent any future harm that might turn
into lifelong problems.

Technology has helped in learning and learning has led to the advancement of technology.
Students need guidance of both parents and teachers to learn in a better way. Both offline and
online leaning would go hand in hand as online education will eventually become an integral
component of education. As somewhere education will be hybrid. Technology based
instructional environments expands learning opportunities and provide top quality education
through a variety of formats and modalities. Online education have helped teachers and students
to develop new skills and capabilities. In order for an online program to be successful, the
curriculum, the facilitator, the technology and the students must be carefully considered and
balanced in order to take full advantage of the strengths of this format and at the same time avoid
pitfalls that could result its weakness.
