    Verified photo copies of the Certificates/ Diplomas issued by the Exam Boards in sealed envelope have been attached. (For
    ☐ equivalence certificate of IBCC this condition is not apply. The same will be retained by IBCC for record and will not be
    returned to the applicant).

    In case photo copies are required to be attested the extra copies have been provided however attestation of Original
    ☐ Certificates / Diploma /DMC is must.

    ☐ Enclosed Original fee challan duly paid at designated NBP Branch.

    ☐ Attached Attested Copy of Computarized National Identity Card(CNIC) with application.

    Note: The challan form generated through this software can only be used if you are submitting your fee within Pakistan. If you are
    submitting the IBCC fee for Attestation or Equivalence etc from abroad then payment can be made in the following account of
    IBCC and the receipt may be sent to IBCC along with Application form. The Application will only be processed after the
    confirmation of payment in IBCC fee account.
