    DECLARATION FORM FOR


    STUDENT INTRESTED IN FINAL
    PLACEMENT

    I . Pursuing B.E. /M.E. ( Branch) program


    (Enrollment No. ) of Batch in Faculty of Engineering/
    Faculty of Technology/PG Studies & Research Center at MEFGI, Rajkot.
    Hereby undertake with full conscience that:

     I shall attend all the Pre-Placement Talks organized by Employers/Organizations.


     I shall attend all Mock Interview Sessions, GDs, Skill Development Programs forming
    part of the Placement Process under any circumstances
     I shall be allowed to go through the placement process only if I have not less than
    75% of attendance of regular classes and training & placement classes. And in case my
    attendance is falls below the stipulated 75% of regular classes/ training & placement
    classes, I shall abide by whatever action the concerned higher authorities initiate
    against me.
     I shall not remain absent during the Placement Season without the consent of the TIPO
    office.
     Once the Letter of Intent or Offer Letter is issued to me by a particular Employer, I
    shall abide by the terms and conditions of that offer and TIPO shall not be held
    responsible for any consequences arising thereof.
     I shall be ready to sign a contract or bond, if required by a particular employer for a
    stipulated period of time.
