2. Let’s be PRO-ACTIVE. If you are in your offices…Wear face
mask. Cover your cough or sneeze. However, if you feel
sick, stay at home. Just inform us of your condition.
3. Break times: Micro breaks – 2mins of simple exercise;
Morning and Afternoon breaks: 10 ~ 15 mins.; 45 mins. ~ 1
hr lunch break..
4. All of you are muted. Raise your hand if you want to ask
question. Please Open your video however, in case of
urgent calls, please close your video first and attend the
call without taking permission from the Trainer so as not to
disturb our training.

7. In case of emergency, do not panic, follow your


emergency procedure if working at your offices, follow your
evacuation/assembly area. Please do not leave immediately,

Emergency Exit Door is during emergency only. At home,
follow your home emergency procedure.

What is Occupational
Safety and Health (OSH)?
OSH also commonly referred to as health
and safety, occupational health and
safety (OHS), occupational health, or
occupational safety, is a multidisciplinary
field concerned with the safety, health,
and welfare of people at work
(construction).

Safety and Health (OSH)?
OSH is generally defined as the science of the
anticipation, recognition, evaluation and
control of hazards arising in or from the
workplace that could impair the health and well-
being of workers, taking into account the possible
impact on the surrounding communities and the
general environment.
