    Dear Honorable Riano,

    Greetings in the name of genuine public service!

    The Department of Education, through the leadership of Vice President Sara Duterte-
    Zimmerman, DepEd Secretary, will implement a full in-person classes beginning November 02, 2022.
    The Schools Division of Romblon is currently undertaking preparation activities to ensure the safe
    returns of learners to school. As part of the development actions of the SDO, three integrated schools
    in San Jose (Linawan Integrated School and Lindero Integrated School) and San Andres (Mari Norte
    Integrated School) were approved to operate as additional schools in the province. This is to cater a
    greater number of learners to make sure that all school children in the province of Romblon will have
    access to quality education.

    Learners enrolled at these schools are children of fishermen, farmers, and laborers. Due to the
    economic challenges our country is facing right now, parents of these school children are having
    difficulty in providing the necessary school supplies and other needed materials required by the
    school for an effective teaching-learning process. In this regard, may we ask your generous office if
    we could request for a provision of school supplies for the school children of these 3 newly-
    established integrated schools. These schools have a total enrollment of 90 learners which are mostly
    Grade 1 and Grade 7 pupils. Your assistance and generosity will be a big help as these children carve
    a bright future for themselves.

    We are looking forward to your affirmative response on this request. May our offices
    continue to work together in delivering quality services to all our clienteles.
