    HPTA OFFICERS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    PRESIDENT Works with school leaders and the PTA board to determine and implement
    the goals, events, and activities for the school year.

    VICE PRESIDENT Assisted and perform the duties and exercises the power of the President in
    the absence of the President

    SECRETARY Takes and types the minutes of meeting whenever there is a meeting
    regarding the HPTA.

    TREASURES Maintains custody of all the funds of the parent association

    AUDITOR Audit the book and financial records of the PTA for the transparency record
    of the association.

    P.I.O Create clear and concise communication between members and other
    concerned personel
