After learning about stress management in this lesson, I now understand that stress can be a variety of things,

including feeling a lot of pressure to do things, not having enough activities or work in life, and dealing with personal
problems, and stress management is a way of managing our stress in the most effective way for any of us.

When I have too many things to do or when I am worried about something, I feel stress in my body. However,
after finishing this lesson, I learned several coping strategies, such as making a to-do list and taking control of my
emotions. It effectively helps me in dealing with my personal stress.

When we recognize common stressors, we can act in ways to manage them. Stress management, as I learned in
this class, may involve physical exercise, relaxation, doing things you enjoy, and even things like maintaining a journal
and identifying and working on your stressors. Finding your personal relaxation techniques will help. Stress
management is beneficial because it allows us to break the grip of stress on our lives. It can also make us become
happier, healthier, and more productive.
