So let's look at the Big Life-Changing Lesson I learnt from Moses of the

Moses had carried millions of Israelites from Egypt.
Before now the Israelites had no leadership structure because they were
slaves in Egypt.

They started the journey from Egypt with Moses as their supreme leader.
He was the minister of everything. Whatever they needed, they would
have to depend on Moses to provide it for them.
One day, Moses' father-in-law, Jethro came to visit Moses in the

Wilderness and he noticed something that fascinated him.
From Morning till night, the People of Israel would queue up in front of

Moses with their problems and Moses will sit at a Spot and listen to their
problems one by one and provide necessary solutions to their problems.

Jethro observed three things weren't right with this mode of operation:
1. Moses was not able to attend to everybody's needs

2. Moses was wearing himself out
3. The people didn't enjoy the process either (trust me, being on

queue for a full day is not pleasant at all, there will be fights,
faintings, cursings etc)

Jethro who was an experienced leader called Moses and told him, ‘what
you are doing is not wise, first, you will not be able to attend to
everybody, secondly, you will die early out of stress if you continue like

this, third there will soon be a riot among your people; because the
longer people stay on queue, the more tension and frustration build up
and that will eventually lead to extreme chaos.
How did I know so much about queues?

Because I stayed in the Hostel back then in school and had to queue
every morning to fetch water. Prolonged queues usually result in fights.
Let's go back to Moses

Jethro gave Moses the advice that turned out to be one of the best
leadership and business wisdom ever.

He told Moses; ‘instead of sitting to service millions of people, find
worthy men among the people, and teach them the same wisdom you use

to judge the Israelites.
Once you teach them, appoint them as leaders and they will be able to
attend to these people with better efficiency.

During the corona lockdown in 2020, I learnt how to create and edit
videos.

At first, I was creating my YouTube videos, then I started getting jobs to
create videos for different people.

I was doing well as a video editor, only that:

The amount of money I was making was very limited.

24 hours in a day, so there is no way in the world I will be able to make
more than I can do within 24 hours.

I wanted to increase my income, and still save enough time for fun and
